The bathroom is functional with plenty of hot water. The living room is equipped with a sectional, ceiling fan and large screen TV. The utility room is spacious and complete with a washer and dryer. Centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood with both a front and back porch with gas grill for barbecuing.

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.

Tamara was a great host! Very responsive, timely and friendly. The house slept our nine people very comfortably with lots of room left. Spacious, comfortable, and accommodating! We would definitely stay there again.

Bryce was super responsive and made the stay incredibly easy. His house was perfect for the 4 of us with 2 big dogs. We felt we had plenty of room and the dogs enjoyed the yard!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spotless clean and in a quiet location. The host had a notebook filled with local recommendations and info that we found extremely helpful. The location is great with easy access on and off the highway. Would stay here again!

Matthews place was an absolute delight! The apartment is beautifully chic with its own unique flair, yet it still feels wonderfully comfortable—like a stylish home away from home. The location couldn’t be better; you’re just steps from everything you might need, making it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot. All the amenities worked flawlessly, and the large windows let in plenty of sunlight while keeping the space cool even on warmer days. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would happily book again. Highly recommended!
