We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The house was very spacious. Roumen was fantastic and very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. He also responded to emails within the hour no matter how late we emailed him. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

Laurence place was a perfect get away for our little family! It was close to everything, clean, and peaceful. Thank you Laurence for everything and making our first family vacation special! We are looking forward to staying there again when we are back in town!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jason‘s place. It was in a great location close to credit one stadium so we could see two nights of widespread panic in concert and also close to downtown Charleston to see all the sites. It was great that we were able to bring our golden retriever the fenced in yard was perfect for her. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s dental school graduation with 8 adults and 2 littles… it was a great house for us! Thanks for a great visit :o)

We had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect location for our visit with family in the area. The playground and nearby restaurants were very convenient and offered so many options for recreation and meals. The house was perfectly equipped to entertain the grandkids and the adults alike. This was a great location close to golf courses, restaurants and Charleston. The house had plenty of room and was located in a great neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay.

We recently stayed here on a visit to Charleston to celebrate our anniversary and our baby’s first birthday. It was a lovely space and great location! The host was very friendly and answered all our questions timely. The space is beautiful, clean and close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away that it is quiet. Would be perfect for a couples weekend or staying with a pre-mobile baby!

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

Had a great time in Mt Pleasant, the Boroughs place was in a great location, clean, and comfortable!

My brother just got married in Moncks Corner, so we stayed with Robert for 5 days. We were super comfortable there and looked forward every night to going “home” after each day’s festivities. We loved the tv subscription Robert has and enjoyed vegging out on the couch before bed and watching Family Ties,, channel, Conan channel, etc. The choices were endless! The space was very clean and quiet, had a super comfortable bed and a huge closet. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Matt's place was just as described, a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in a building with 3 others. It was clean and simple, withe super cozy beds. Matt let us know about a small issue ahead of check-in, which wasn't a problem at all, but I appreciated the heads up. Would definitely recommend and would book another stay here.

We were delighted with this stay. If I return to Folly Beach, I would love to enjoy this property again. It is perfect. undecided? Trust me. We loved it.

Master bed was very comfortable, kitchen and linens was well stocked and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and it was central to most of the things we wanted to do. Thank you!

Great location. Clean & well-furnished. We had difficulty understanding the parking as described in the listing but it was easy to figure out once we arrived. We very much enjoyed our stay there and will likely stay again.

This is the true meaning of hidden gem, very private in a beautiful setting, both inside & outside the home. Highly recommend! The other gem we found close by was the Hampton Plantation State Historic Site. I've been to many plantations, and this one was extraordinary. Small fee to get in, due to State run, with HUGE impact on what life was like in the 1800's. The house is 10,000 sq ft (3 stories) and when repaired, the walls were left uncovered to see how it was built by slaves. The house inspired the actors & directors of the movie "Gone With The Wind", and the live oak in front of the house was saved by George Washington. So much history!

Suzy’s place was just as described. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if working in the area.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was so great for me and my five cousins! They all stayed in the cabin, which fit them perfect and I got to stay in the little, tiny house by myself. Which was extremely nice, We will be back! Loved everything about it! Mr. William was always prompt in asking if there was anything that he could do for us by text to let him know! Very relaxing place! ❤️ Thank you, Mr. William!

This place lived up to its name "The Sanctuary." So beautiful and peaceful. Very well decorated. Dustin was so welcoming and responsive. We want to come back!

Traveling from Kansas for our granddaughter’s high school graduation, this place fit the bill! This little place has loads of charm, with everything you need inside the cabin and surrounded by beautiful greenery, ponds, docks and gazebo! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating! We found our SC spot and will be returning for sure!

Marie was an awesome host. Sunday she gave my grand daughters a tour of the farm and animals. Beautiful cabin in a very serene setting!
