The Urban Oasis was located in a fantastic area. It was so well stocked and well appointed with comfortable furniture etc. The hosts have thought of everything and more. Very gracious.

House is extremely cozy, perfect place to hangout with a group of your friends. Right next to a lot of food places aswell

John was a great host! He was a very courteous and proactive communicator and provided an accurate description so when we arrived we felt welcome immediately. The home is in a great location which made experiencing San Diego a breeze!

We absolutely loved Dan and Britt’s place! Their backyard is absolutely gorgeous and we loved how well themed it all was. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants in the booklet. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great three-night stay at this home with our toddler and infant. The house was very clean and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities for kids, including a high chair, pack-and-play, and even beach toys, which came in handy. The backyard was a relaxing spot to unwind, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were friendly and very responsive, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families.

Plenty of room for my family of 6 we all had plenty of room to move around felt homey. The area was quiet felt safe. Location is relatively close to all San Diego attractions, everything within 20 mins.

There are not enough stars to rate this exceptional home! This mid-century modern home was impeccable. The interior design was gorgeous, and the exterior was serene, flowing seamlessly with the open living space and beautiful landscape. The pool is well-maintained, and every detail to make us comfortable was taken. Lacee, I can’t thank you enough for making our stay and our daughter's graduation celebration truly wonderful. We hope to come back again!

This was an incredible place to stay! The hosts were so responsive and went out of their way to even bring us a gift basket and say hello. Their communication made the place so easy to be able to find and it’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. This place is a true gem due to location and the amazing hosts!

We stayed at Leti's place in La Jolla and it was perfect. Family of 3 with a small child and we couldn't have ask for a better location. The restaurants were on the same street, then 2 blocks over was the beach for all day playing. There is a playground on the beach as well. Parking was vital since La Jolla is a busy beach. Nights were very quiet in La Jolla. We felt like once the sun went down, the street became quiet which was perfect for us. The apartment had a rooftop terrace which we loved and we ate all our meals out on the terrace. If we return to San Diego, we would definitely want to stay at Leti's AirBnB.

A lovely Airbnb. The garden was beautiful and the unit was great. Clear instructions for everything and appreciated the extras, ie lots of coffee, teas, cocoa, wine! Extremely clean. Wade was very available and responsive. Would stay again. Thank you

This is my 2nd stay with Taylor. The reason for me staying again are; 1. Parking available 2. Clean/Safe 3. Walkable/Lots of restaurants The studio is in the ground floor and was worried about sound after reading other comments but it wasn’t as bad as I read. It’s city life and near the airport. Studio was larger than I thought and very clean and comfy. Check-in instructions were perfect and parking was AWESOME, right next to the unit. Thank you, Taylor. We will stay again.

Such a great spot! Quiet and peaceful, unbeatable location. Windensea is a stone’s throw away La Jolla is super walkable. Cy lives right there on the property and goes above and beyond. He has thought of everything a guest could need and is there ready to help with anything. Thanks for everything Cy!

zoe was great! very friendly and helpful, her place is comfortable and decorated lovely, well stocked kitchen with plates, pans utensils, wonderful outdoor deck with seating and a gas grill to use. would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot to explore what OB has to offer and the beautiful beaches. It was close enough to the action while also have a lot of activities around it. Would recommend.

I stay in San Diego frequently. I have stayed in this unit or the adjacent one many times. Always a great stay, run by nice people in a great location with parking for a reasonable price. No complaints at all- not sure what could be expected that isn't there. Love it and feels like home away from home for me.

Great responsive communication with Bill. Close proximity to beach walk and bay walk. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It was nice having a private garage for parking a compact. Beach toys and supplies readily available for fun and leisure time spent near the water. Note: Just a heads up for those with disabilities, as stated in description there are a few steps to access the home as well as the bedrooms. Thanks for everything Bill!

This was an excellent place to stay! We attended a conference at the Catamaran resort and we are so glad we stayed here instead of at the conference hotel/resort! It was walkable, close to the beach, clean, and less expensive! There was plenty of space and our hosts were very helpful and responsive. If we ever end up in San Diego we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, absolutely no complaints. The place was super cute and perfect for a calm couples get away. Right next to the beach and just down the street from great restaurants and shopping.

Was super close to the beach and tons of shops as well as places to eat. We went for my birthday and Mother’s Day weekend and it didn’t disappoint. It is a little pricey but considering it’s maybe a 20 second walk to the sand, has a balcony with a nice view, has 3 bedrooms and beds. It was worth it. There was a problem with the spa when I went but the host was responsive and tried to fix it right after I told them about it. My dog also got sick and had an accident inside which is very unusual for him. the owner was understanding and communicative about where to find supplies to clean it. I noticed that a lot of the things complained about in other reviews had been fixed The only thing I could say that I didn’t like was how many rules there is but I understand because people can be very messy and disrespectful. I would probably have a lot of rules if I hosted an airbnb too. All around it was a good time and I would be more than willing to stay again.

Everything was real nice, homey, beautiful, quiet, peaceful. The fire pit was my favorite thing in the evening & looking at the lights across the bay. Daytime just walk across the street & enjoy walking up & down the beach that had amazing food. Inside the B&B was very clean, organized. Everything anyone would need! Master bed & bath beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay there & hope to do so again!

We had an incredible stay in Sedona. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the location made it the perfect getaway. It was remarkably quiet, yet still within easy walking distance of everything we needed shops, trails, and restaurants. The setup was perfect, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
