Vacation rentals with beach access in Mission Beach, San Diego

This was just what we needed for our stay! Easy walk to the bay, and to surrounding restaurants. Quinn gave very clear instructions on where everything was.

A bestie and I enjoyed our time at this studio. It was close to the beach (both the bay & ocean) with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the area surprisingly quiet. One of us slept in the bed and the other on the futon and found were both comfortable for sleeping. It was also nice to have a parking spot. I’d definitely stay there again.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Cody’s unit! It really is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, and PERFECT for coming to explore pacific beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing, beach getaway. Fun bars and restaurants are all well within walking distance, and the check in process was very easy. Cody was responsive and always available for help. Also, as two girls traveling, the biggest positive was how safe the area felt!

Super convenient location - just minutes from the beach!! And all of the beach gear you could think of (beach bag, beach towels/chairs, umbrella, beach games, etc.) was provided making our trip super easy :)

Great spot for 4 people, loved the proximity to the beach (literally a few steps), and close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Great place, just as described. Beautiful afternoon breeze was pleasant too. I've stayed in the area before and Rob's place was 2 blocks closer to the beach- an easy walk.

Tracy & Bob are wonderful hosts and have created a gem for visitors! It may not be for everyone, but the ambiance was perfect for us: the landscaping, wall water fountain, our own outside dining area, and fire pit made us feel right at home - and allowed us to be outside during the chilly nights! Even better, were the amenities offered: full use of the laundry and laundry supplies; we prefer our own product, but the bathroom was Stocked as was the kitchen; plenty of linens; plenty of “toys”: bikes (with baskets!), beach chairs, coolers, beach towels - all to enhance our short visit so with more, we could do more…just like we did when we lived in the area :D - Anyone would be fortunate to have their lodging request for this property accepted!

We really enjoyed are time at the beach house. It was a great location and very close to every where we wanted to go. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay with family.

Great place! Easy walk to the beach/board walk. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time! Clean, spacious, everything you could need, and comfortable!

What a lovely stay! The location and proximity to the beach were fantastic, we loved walking to grab breakfast at the Funky Lemon among other places. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. One note - you can hear the upstairs neighbors quite well in the bedrooms, so think about bringing earplugs for sleeping if you’re a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio just steps from the beach—only about 15 feet away! The space is well-equipped with plenty of amenities and surrounded by family-friendly activities. It’s perfect for a family of four, especially with young children. The studio includes a pack and play and high chair, which made traveling with our toddlers so much easier. Everything was very clean and peaceful, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Ginger was kind, helpful, and very responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Meron’s place was absolutely incredible! We’ve been coming to mission beach for 11 years and this was definitely one of, if not the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the street is quiet, and the house is adorable. It is immaculately clean and has every amenity you could need. The attention to detail makes the house cozy and a comfortable landing place for a long stay. I could not recommend this cottage enough - perfect for our family! We will be back and we can’t wait!

Totally Perfect! Just a stroll away from Belmont! 15 min drive to the Zoo! A few steps to the boardwalk and the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and inviting! A very professionally maintained rental property. Felt almost resort-like in the organization (labels in the kitchen cabinets, reduced clutter, cleanliness). We loved using the outdoor items provided such as towels, tommy bahama beach chairs, surf boards and boogie boards. We were worried about fitting our Kia Sportage in the garage alongside a Tesla, but had no problems with either. We look forward to future trips here!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Glenna's property is outstanding. It is steps from the beach by the bay. A variety of local restaurants, coffee shops and the Pacific Ocean are within easy walking distance. Two of the best features are the table and fire pit on the patio. The beach chairs, beach umbrellas and garage are extra-nice touches. Finally, it is in a peaceful, quite area which makes it easy to relax.

The was a great spot for our family. The condo was big enough for what we needed and steps from the beach, bay and great restaurants. Easy to get everything. Ashwini made it very easy and had wonderful recommendations. We would stay here again.

Great place! Super close to the beach! Great little place! Was a little noisy during the week. Lots of deliveries across the street at the back of whatever hotel is across the street. it would have been no issue if it was not so early. That is not something the place can fix, but its something to note if you like to sleep past 7am. Other than that, the location and the shared porch was really nice. Will definitely come back.

Loved our stay! Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Swathi was an amazing host, too - she has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay to feel at home. We didn’t want to leave but hope to be back soon!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.

We had an amazing stay at Nicklas’s place in San Diego! The condo is beautifully renovated and right on the waterfront—waking up to those ocean views was such a treat. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable and convenient. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel like a true home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying at this place. William was responsive and we never had any issues. Our suv was a bit too large for the parking space but there were options close by. We could walk to everything we needed and would highly recommend this location and would book again for our next trip to mission beach.
