Everything was perfect, just as depicted, great area within 5min walking distance to cocoa walk and many cafes / restaurants.

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

This was a really great location close to many restaurants. The pool area had a bar where you can also order food. The place itself was clean and the host was very accommodating to any request we had.

I had a wonderful stay at Katarina's place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her warm and welcoming nature. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. Although I didn't meet Tijana, it's clear that both she and Katarina work hard to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Katarina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful local tips and always being available if I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you want a home away from home!

Great space

This was a perfect spot for a long weekend getaway for my wife and I! We really enjoyed the unit on the top floor of the building, it was more than enough space for the two us , and it had a number of nice restaurants within only a few miles away. It is only 25-30 mins south of ft. lauderdale, so it was very convenient to travel in for the air show and for a fishing charter we took out of ft. lauderdale. We also appreciated the parking pass was included with the reservation, which was great! We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Property description as listed. Caring host who truly is interested in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Great spot in Coconut Grove neighborhood. Walkable to many restaurants and fun places. CVS is 1 block away for anything needed. House has big kitchen area, comfy bedrooms and good outside deck. Covered parking is a plus too.

This place is so beautiful and 100% a 5 star rating. We went with our three son’s ages 6,8,and 11. The pool was a hit and the backyard is everything. Thank you Carolin for having us!

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

What a great place to spend your days in Miami! The location is perfect, the bed is great, with a private bathroom. The view that you never get bored of! This is the place were you have to stay! Veronica and Martin are great hosts, you will feel at home with them.

Wonderful stay place was amazing everything you needed was there it was my first time in Miami I had a different air bnb but got canceled because of problems at the place but I’m glad because this place was better not to far for nothing but you still get the peaceful space you need if you trying just chill and relax and great view definitely would recommend this place
