Lovely spot for a solo traveller. Central to many restaurants, easy access and lots of amenities provided by the hosts. Small space but they've done a lot of with it and gotten a lot out of it. Was perfect for my brief stay of two nights.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Paola! Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, wir hatten den Pool immer für uns alleine und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ausserdem konnten wir die Beach Stühle und einen Schirm benutzen und es gab Sonnencreme und Mückenspray zum nutzen. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht! Wir empfehlen es sehr weiter :)

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The backyard is beautifully manicured. Feels like a little oasis within the neighborhood. It’s truly a labor of love. Rodney and Susanne are very kind and welcoming hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Rick & Claud were very accommodating and sweet! I stayed at their guest suite for six weeks and felt at home. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Everything worked in the unit as stated. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water gets HOT which I loved. Although it was a mini fridge, it held a good amount of food for my six week stay. The neighborhood was also nice! It’s about 5 mins from FIU for students. I took a walk to get my 10k steps in and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Jessica fue excelente—siempre atenta y con muy buenas recomendaciones que realmente nos ayudaron a disfrutar más del viaje (playas, supermercados, shopping, etc.). Valoramos mucho la privacidad, la seguridad y la tranquilidad del barrio. El check-in y check-out independiente fue súper conveniente, y el espacio de estacionamiento gratuito para nuestro auto de alquiler hizo todo más fácil. La casa tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso detalles que marcan la diferencia como sillas y sombrilla para llevar a la playa. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme acá cuando regrese a Miami. ¡Gracias por todo!

Great place quiet very friendly people hospitality was great. Communication was great. Felt very homey and comfortable. Recommend to everyone.

Odalys was an amazing host and her place was perfect. She knew it was my daughter’s birthday and even had fresh mangoes waiting for us when we arrived. I’m definitely coming back when visiting Miami. Super close to attractions and restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had such a wonderful stay everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The hosts were absolutely amazing: responsive, thoughtful, went above and beyond with personal touches that made this leg of our honeymoon truly special. We rented a car and found the location super convenient, everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, including the airport and all the popular spots. Ubers were also easy to grab if not driving and the free parking was a huge bonus! The amenities were fantastic – the home had everything we needed to settle in and feel totally comfortable. fun games, garden area, and cozy spaces to relax. The bed was super comfy, the water was always hot, and the aircon kept everything nice and cool. A massive thank you to Gerhard truly the perfect host. We read all the glowing reviews before booking and now we can confidently say: every positive comment was absolutely spot on. We honestly loved our stay and highly recommend staying! Would come back again!!

Everything about Melissa's place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood is quiet other than road noise from I95. I loved seeing the lizards in the mornings when we left. The home itself is spacious and supplied with everything you need and things one could forget (the supplied hair dryer saved me!!). Would definitely book this location again.

The property was even better than advertised, it's a small condo of 8 units so very private, a luxury in the Brickell area. The parking space is ample and very private as well, the property was spotless clean and all amenities listed were there. This property is ideal for a family vacation or for a group of friends. The host was super responsive.The location could not be better, walking distance to Brickell, lot's of things to do. Can't wait to come back.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how safe and easy everything felt. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—exactly as described, if not better. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area and relaxing at the end of the day. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling solo or with a partner!

Cicha i bezpieczna okolica.Wszystko co potrzebne do krótkiego pobytu.W odległości 600m przystanek autobusowy z bezpośrednim polaczeniem do centrum.Vivienne szybko odpowiadała na wysłane wiadomości.Jedyne o co można się przyczepić, to trochę wysłużony materac w łóżku.Ale mimo to przyznajemy 10 i będziemy rekomendować to miejsce.Pozdrawiamy

I loved my stay at Marja’s place! It was so clean and comfortable. She was extremely nice and very responsive. The location is great. It’s so close to everything so it’s very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

I stayed here for a couple months and had a great time. Very green and peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and full of options for food and activities. Emily is a great host, I will definitely come back!

Can I give 6 stars? Jason has a diamond of a property and I honestly felt every night of my 10 day stay like I was coming home. The cottage was spacious and clean, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is a girl’s dream! The location couldn’t have been better situated as it was a 3 min drive from my film location on Calle Ocho. Close to the highways, close to good food, close to the beaches… and the neighborhood is super cute and very safe. So happy I was able to stay here and cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
