Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

We had a great time at Stuart’s place, it was perfect for our family of four. I especially loved the private patio, outdoor shower, the pool, and how close it is to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Stuart was very helpful and accommodating, he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our little getaway just how we imagined it. We’d be happy to come back again!

If you’re on the fence, allow me to push you gently (but firmly) over to the “Book Now” side. This place is adorable, spotless, and just has that fresh, “ahhh-we’re-on-vacation” vibe. From the cozy, cloud-like beds to the stylish decor that feels like Pinterest came to life—this unit nailed it. Genna’s communication? Think superhero-level response time. Access instructions were clear, and the place had everything we needed and then some. Bonus points for the outlets with USB ports—because kids and their devices aren’t going to charge themselves, right? Location-wise, it was super convenient and felt safe and welcoming. Now let’s talk food (because priorities): just 7 minutes away is Brano’s Italian Grill, and yes, we’re still dreaming about that bread with olive oil and garlic dip. The caprese salad? Fresher than your Aunt Carol’s opinions. And the pasta? Chef’s kiss—every bite a carb-filled blessing. TL;DR: Quit browsing. Book this unit. Your future self will thank you.

Historical part of town. Absolutely loved our stay! Would stay here again in a heart beat! Linda was very kind, thoughtful and helpful!

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Nice to have the beech accessories available. I questions why we had to pay $80 for cleaning since it is required for us to clean, take out the garbage, and strip the beds, which I didn't have a problem with. It wouldn't take someone very long to fix the bed and put clean towels up. Also we were missing a top sheet which wasn't a problem.

We very much enjoyed our stay, great outdoor spaces when we had family over for dinner. The pool at our door step was very nice !

We had a great 6 nights with 2 grandchildren. We had everything we needed—the well supplied laundry room was appreciated!

We had an amazing stay here. The place was just as described. You could not ask for a better location, it is right next door to Ron Jon and is walking distance to the beach, putt putt, and restaurants. Joe was very responsive and available if needed. The house is outfitted with all necessities. My kids had a blast at the beach :)

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

Hedy's place is all about the location. Just steps to get across the dune to the beach. The lodging is as described and as shown in the pictures. Its not fancy but is clean, convenient, and very livable. Very much an old Florida vibe with a very friendly, proactive, and communicative host. Perfect for my little spring break getaway with my daughter.

Comfortable stay, very clean - high quality bed linens and well stocked kitchen with all the usual odds and ends one might need. Lucky to have cool, low humidity weather and the patio was awesome to relax. Temperature in the Airbnb was easy to control with the fans and wall hvac, in unit laundry was helpful as I was coming off a business trip. Would recommend and would stay again, a slightly earlier posted check-in and slightly later check-out would improve my overall sentiment but everything was great, couldn’t have asked for much more. Much better value for money than comparably priced local hotels.

Great hosts - quick to respond, detailed information, and wonderful place. Quickly responded to any issues I had and were more than accommodating. 10/10!

If you are planning to be by the beach. Be by eateries, and stay at a really nice tree top suite?! Omg this place was perfect! Comfy, ac, tv, WiFi, and whole kitchen. Not to mention the balcony with couch and dinner table! I will be visiting again!!!

Jo is just a great host. This was our 2nd stay at this condo and all is great. Jo reaches out and provides all the info that is needed well ahead of time. She is also easy to reach during your stay. The condo is great and views of the ocean our breathtaking. The area is wonderful and the ocean is 125 steps from the front door. Even saw a rocket blast off from Cape Canaveral. Already booked our stay for next year. Just wonderful working with Jo.

Tony and Kathy were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were amazing hosts! They even had a helpful binder with menus for local restaurants available to us. We would definitely book another stay with them’

Amazing location and very affordable. It was right on the beach but also plenty of things to do near by and a tom of food options. The beach was not crowded and it was very clean.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Had a wonderful time, would recommend this place! Walked to restaurants and it’s right across the street from the beach!

Ashley’s place is in a great location for exploring downtown Melbourne and is a short easy drive to beautiful beaches. Everything you want or need is within walking distance. The loft was very comfortable with ample space for two people. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and relaxing. Ashley was very responsive during our stay and we will not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

We absolutely loved staying here! We stayed with our 2 year old and it was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the direct beach access, all the beach amenities, space, main level/close parking spot, location to restaurants and coffee shops, and back patio. We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this is our favorite spot we’ve stayed! Marguerite was so kind, communicative, and responsive and we are so grateful to have stayed here. Perfect spot to enjoy this sweet beach town!
