Stuart was a great host. His communication was fast! He answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The rental was clean, in a nice area and I have no complaints.

This was a great stay while my husband worked. Reasonable rate with the comfort of home. If you are planning to bring groceries maybe bring a cart or wagon to make unloading easier. I am thankful I had my daughter. I wish we stayed longer to use the amenities but I did enjoy the porch and the birds.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. We loved our stay in the Octopus Suite! Very peaceful and quiet area and the private walk to the beach was fantastic and right outside. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean, well decorated and we felt so comfortable and at home. The host really thought of everything we might need for our stay and was very responsive and friendly. Definitely would stay again!

The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

The place was beautiful and everything we'd hope for our FL vacation! The location was perfect as we were right next to the beach (literally across the street) and walking distance to the downtown area. We enjoyed the space theme of the rental (especially our two boys who love space ships and rockets). Stuart was very helpful and responsive if you needed something or had a question. Awesome rental!!

This place was a perfect spot for us. Nice and relaxing and steps away from the beach that was not crowded. At times we had the whole beach to ourselves. We would love to come back.

Our host was instantly responsive to every message. The unit was clean and welcoming. Everything needed for a lovely stay was available. The pool area was wonderful, the location was so convenient, the beach is a short walk from the front door. Our only complaint is that there is very little insulation between the first and second floor, so if your upstairs neighbors have active children, you will hear every hop, skip, and jump. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Book with confidence!

It was an absolute gem 💎 of a place with greatly designed interior and the exterior, very well thought through with details for family on vacation. Communication with the host was immaculate, he was always responsive and available for any questions or needs. It is a place where one needs to stay as long as possible! We are definitely coming back. Thank you for all the details and for rejuvenated spirit that we all got.

The house is great!!! Plenty of space for our family and lots of outside space for kids to play!! The privacy because of the gate is awesome too!!

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and all the amenities that came with the place!!! We will definitely be returning!!! Perfect for a lil family get away Surrounded areas are nice and quick travels to beaches, and multiple beaches at that!!! If you’re staying in the area I would definitely choose this again a nice quiet corner lot with a tremendous back yard!!!!! See you next time!!! ;)

We were a family of 2 Grandparents, daughter & her husband & 5- and 2-year-old. Our first impressions were that this house was immaculate. We wanted a good size pool so that we could relax with the kids and have time to ourselves at nap time. The backyard is an oasis of relaxation. The neighborhood is private and quiet. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had spices and pots and pans that we needed. The grill is immaculate. The beach is about a 2-minute drive. The beach is beautiful and there is no fee to go on the beach or park. The house is equipped with sand toys and even a wagon. They supplied us with a document on all the features of the house. It also explained the check in and checkout schedule. Many great recommendations of dinner venues. Lastly, we met Marc & Chelsi halfway through the week. I asked for a bigger pot to cook pasta, and they brought it right over. The question I also ask at the end of our stay, would we rent here again. Absolutely YES!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Vickie's property. It was as good as the first time. Very close and easy walking distance to the beach. The place is very clean and has everything that you need. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this nice Airbnb in Titusville. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the many special touches, including night lights, lots of charging outlets, restaurant recommendations, mints, etc. We loved the location, close to the Kennedy Space Center and the Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve. We thought the house would be closer to the water, based on the description in the listing, but enjoyed that we could walk next door to the restaurant, and across highway 1 to the park on the water where we had a good view of the rocket launches. We found the neighborhood to be quiet, and felt safe. We would love to stay here again on a future visit.

It’s rare that an Airbnb or VRBO actually looks as good in person as it does in the photos. In this case, Bali Bungalow looks even better in person and surpassed all our expectations. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very well stocked with amazing attention to detail. Literally everything that we forgot to bring, the house had it. Gilson was an amazing host and was very responsive. We loved Cocoa Beach, and we will be back, but only when Bali Bungalow is available!

A perfect and hassle-free stay after visiting KSC! The listing was easy to find and access. JJ’s place was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent value, wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved River Fly-In Condos! It is close to all the Space Coast destinations. We had two-day passes to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. It is also close to downtown Cocoa which is full of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want to set up a temporary home for vacation. JJ was also very responsive when we had a slight issue with our door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Garage parking and an elevator, nicely equipped. Good gym and a nice private pool area. Frankly a much better deal than any hotels in the area too.

The condo was beautiful! Great location, lots of close shopping, restaurants, and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, only downside being there weren’t any lounge chairs by the pool which was kinda strange. Condo was stocked w essentials needed. JJ was a very kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as listed and Stewart was a great host!

This place was great! Perfect for our purposes! Sayed here for 3 days prior to boarding a Cruise out of Port Canaveral. JJ and Jill were great to work with. Very grateful! This was probably my favorite Airbnb thus far! The place was beautiful, spacious, perfect our family of 7. The view was amazing pf the water and airport. We got to watch planes take off and land often. The instructions were clear for everything, checking in and out were a breeze. We hope to return again. Thanks for the hospitality!
