House vacation rentals in Melbourne

We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

You never know what you’re going to get when you’re traveling four states away to an Airbnb, but this location was exactly as described. The space was set up well and had everything we needed, and then some. Our kids loved being able to run outside to the pool whenever the mood struck, and we drank our coffee in the back yard each morning. We loved relaxing here!

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

We really needed a vacation. The minute we entered the home we knew this was a perfect choice. The house is exactly like the photos. Everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids had so much fun playing with all the toys, especially Pac-Man and ping pong table and swimming in the pool. The house is very well stocked for entertaining. We wish we would have booked it a few more days.

The listing is accurate and she has thought of everything that a guest would need for their vacation. No skimping on supplies and no crazy chore list! There is so much to do in the house alone on nights you stay in. Whether you want to relax in the pool or hot tub, watch tv, dine-in or play games of ALL kinds. The list goes on. There is definitely, something for everyone here! It was great to have coffee and snacks in the morning before we were able to go shopping for the week. Very clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. She is an extremely responsive host and we would highly recommend staying there for a fun, safe and comfortable place for vacation because it just feels like home.

I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time! This was a great home-base for us and our small kids for our activities in the area. The place was clean and comfortable, had a well-equipped kitchen, and even had some beach gear we could use. Cindy gave great instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again when we're back in town!

This was a magical place! We loved kayaking in the kayaks provided, off of our very own dock. We loved watching dolphins swim in the canal next to the house. Kathy is a great host! She was so responsive and accommodating! We want to return again!

This place was stunningly peaceful. The aesthetic was the perfect relaxing atmosphere we needed for our beach getaway away. The hot tub worked great. Everything was clean and functional. The couch was so comfy we kept falling asleep on it! I wish I knew where they got it from lol! Everything was updated in the bathrooms, very clean. The book selection was incredible. I found some great titles I started and now I have to find them and purchase online so I can finish. The energy was good, lots of plants and spaces for reading, sitting and relaxing. The fireplace was also a lovely touch. Evwrything you need is in the kitchen to cook with. Some starters for laundry and even a fan, (which we always travel with in case it’s stuffy but we didn’t even need it) there was also basics if you have a baby but we did not. Perfect for families traveling, beautiful landscaping and just everything I ever wanted in a vacay beach rental!

We were a family of 2 Grandparents, daughter & her husband & 5- and 2-year-old. Our first impressions were that this house was immaculate. We wanted a good size pool so that we could relax with the kids and have time to ourselves at nap time. The backyard is an oasis of relaxation. The neighborhood is private and quiet. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had spices and pots and pans that we needed. The grill is immaculate. The beach is about a 2-minute drive. The beach is beautiful and there is no fee to go on the beach or park. The house is equipped with sand toys and even a wagon. They supplied us with a document on all the features of the house. It also explained the check in and checkout schedule. Many great recommendations of dinner venues. Lastly, we met Marc & Chelsi halfway through the week. I asked for a bigger pot to cook pasta, and they brought it right over. The question I also ask at the end of our stay, would we rent here again. Absolutely YES!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

We only booked for Easter weekend so the family could meet for a day at Cape Kennedy. The house was vey easy to find and was very nice. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, cookware & dishes. The area does have many restaurants. It is one block off a main highway but the noise did not bother us. Very modern decor. The whole family enjoyed their stay.. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This immaculate, cheerful vacation home was ideal for our family vacation. The parents were able to escape to our private cabana and our teenagers had the main house to themselves. The pool was clean, warm and exactly as described, and the pool area was a mini oasis with bar, TV, lots of beach and pool furniture and toys, and no annoying insects thanks to the screen enclosure. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and we very much appreciated the extra toiletries that were available. The garage area with the new washer and dryer was sparkling clean and full of beach chairs and toys, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a great day at the beach. Although our children are older now, I was also impressed by all the baby supplies (diapers, wipes, etc) left for guests, a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in Amy's home. It was spacious, layed out well, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The electronic door lock was very convenient. We lacked nothing! The inground pool was refreshing during the hot weather. It was good to be able to wash some clothes prior to leaving. Amy had a copy of laminated notes/instructions/important numbers on the kitchen table. Amy promptly returned text messages. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amy!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

Paul was so accomodating to deal with. any time I needed help with anything he was so responsive. I brought many items to use during the month and ended up leaving items because everything was so well equipt. I absolutely love the area and plan on being back next year.

This property is as described. It is elegant, in a beautiful neighborhood, and it far exceeded our expectations.
