House vacation rentals in Malibu

We had to book this spot last minute due to being evacuated from the Palisades fire, and it was a breeze to instantly book. The house is clean, well laid out, and well appointed. We were also easily able to extend our stay once…we would still be there if it wasn’t already booked for our second needed extension. Great experience, highly recommended.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

The master bath was extremely spacious with a wonderful double shower and tub. I appreciated the number of full bathrooms. Great water pressure! The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking. Fabulous layout for the number of people you can have in the house. I really appreciated the separated areas for different activities. Great location to get to wherever we were going. Darryl quickly responded to all my questions. We really loved this place and hope we have an opportunity to go back!

Our house was getting painted and we needed a night away, we had an amazing stay! Love the DTLA view and jacuzzi. The house was beautifully furnished, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style.

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

It’s a great place to stay! Love having the full open walls that are windows. Beautiful views and hot tub was great! Eitay was super helpful in answering questions-especially with all the Wild Fire happenings. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this cozy oasis! Hal was very communicative and responded to questions - he also provided detailed information & instructions as well as restaurant recommendations.. As a former long-time Angeleno, they were great recommendations too! Street parking can be a bit of a challenge - I planned accordingly;)

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. The location was perfect for our family. We have kids so we couldn’t really walk to Disneyland, but it was close to everything (and a Lyft ride home from Disneyland was about $8!!). The house was amazing! We particularly appreciated how everything was labeled & easy to find! Eric was the most responsive host! We could message home when we were heading back to the house & he could turn on the hot tub remotely for us! We loved our stay & would love to come back!

This place was just as beautiful as the pics! Remote and private, definitely worth every penny! Neighborhood was very calm and quiet, just what we were looking for. Adam was an awesome host! Any questions or concerns, I received a response quickly. The house was beautifully stocked, clean and just what we needed for a big family. We were able to have our own space and eat together in the big open dining room. Everything was perfect. The list in the guidebook helped for when we needed food suggestions. And the hot tub a big plus for the cold. We went for a wedding and were 15 mins out from the venue, it was a big help to be that close to just run back and forth. If weʻre ever in the area, I would not hesitate to book with Adam again. Thank you!

I am impressed with his prompt and friendly communication style, which includes providing all necessary details in a timely manner. He creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at home. My family and I found the place very cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the heated pool, the backyard’s spacious play area and the relaxing ambience. My only suggestion is that the addition of fire pit and increased outdoor lighting would enhance the experience. Nevertheless, I would still rate this a 5-star rating. Thanks Mordehay!

Bottom line- would I stay here again? Absolutely. You really can’t get any closer to Disney and still have the comfort of home along with a private pool and the convenience of a kitchen and laundry! The stroller saved us! The optional heated pool was a life saver too! Sure there are some fixes that would make it even better but nothing that would deter us from staying there. There are some obvious DIY upgrades that aren’t the nicest and some areas that could use some upgrades. The towels are a bit thin and feel overly used. Same goes for the linens. Nothing smelled or felt especially fresh. “Master” bathroom floor was a wet mess after showering so we tried to avoid it which meant 7 people trying to share one shower. The kitchen could use more essentials - I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Silverware felt kinda old and cheap and they need more! Again, overall, it’s a great place if you’ve got a larger group and you’re going to be mostly at the parks!

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

Carmen is an outstanding hostess! After a long day on the road with lots of kids, I was overcome by the beautiful Christmas tree and peaceful atmosphere of the house. The house was homey and comfortable and very clean- my expectations were exceeded on all these accounts. Carmen left gifts for us under the tree too. Such a sweet and wonderful gesture. If you are traveling with a large family, this house is a must. I can’t imagine how cramped and noisy a hotel suite would have been for our brood. The kitchen was very well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare our meals. The location is very walkable to the Disney parks and so made a nice excursion one evening for a Christmas dinner outing. Thank you, Carmen, for your hospitality!

It's a very nice house. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe, and we were literally down the block from a lot of stuff to see and do.

Tony's place is very cute & cozy. He was very responsive and helpful during a power outage. I am a little disappointed I did not finish my stay there due to surrounding California fires. I would return to this location again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this clean and cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The location was great and easily accessible to everything we needed. It was very kid-friendly, making it perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

We went here as last minute evacuees and Sunny was so kind anc accommodating.She let us check in asap without us even asking. We felt safe and comfortable. We walked the quiet neighborhood with our dogs and everything was great. Thank you!
