Billy's place was as described! Nice space with lots of room for all 6 of us. Great kitchen amenities though our stay was too short to cook. This is a great place to stay pre-cruise -- terminal is 5 minute uber ride! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious and squeaky clean! Easy instructions and easy to get inside upon arrival. Highly recommend for visit to New Orleans. Billy, thanks for your hospitality! I hope to visit again.

Montegut Manor | | Bywater | | Walk Everywhere

MarthaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
From an easy and secure check in, we felt right at home. Alleshia was always super responsive, almost responding immediately. The house is well stocked and pristine. There is a delicious restaurant right around the corner, which is super convenient when getting into town in the evening. The house is located within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and activities. We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs that make it difficult to enter the house; however, all of us felt that Alleshia’s entry instructions and security measures were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this house to friends visiting New Orleans.

We needed a place spacious enough for three adults, walkable with two children under four, and a long enough private driveway for a 22 foot long camper. Jackpot! Lisa is an incredible host and this house is so charming! We found lots of great places nearby, all places she recommended. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely stay. The home is lovely and tastefully done. Website photos are accurate and as described. Having a dedicated, gated parking spot was an added bonus. Our visit was during Mardi Gras. Staying here allowed us to be close to the festivities and enabled us to escape to peaceful surroundings at the end of the day. Albert is a very attentive host. He was very quick to respond to any questions. In addition, the home was very clean. The back yard lovely and inviting to sit for a spell at days end. Thank you Albert for a lovely stay.

Updated Mid-City Shotgun | Walkable to Streetcar

RuthRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thank you for a lovely stay. We were a family of four visiting NOLA for a work trip I had. The house is in mid-city so is close to everything (cheap to uber to sites of interest and there is parking just outside the house if you're driving), the area is clearly changing from not-walk-at-night vibes to lots of new refurbished houses on the street. Our neighbours were real nice. Very quiet at night, there were no parties. For the location and the place - this is definitely worth the money. Now the house - is amazing. Really cool ad renovated shot gun, we found it easy to live in. The host was very generous in terms of what was supplied. It had everything and the kitchen is well stocked to cook dinner for the family with a full size fridge and oven. The house is warm (in winter). This is a great place, thanks for letting us stay. Go Pelicans! (you can walk to Smoothie King from this house).

Bright, Beautiful Apartment in Excellent Uptown Location

KimberlyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I had a fantastic stay at Becky’s place. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. She and Rich were incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touch, like having name displayed above the mantle that welcomed me when I walked in. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, but I didn’t mind. The photos displayed on Airbnb are an exact depiction of the entire unit. I would definitely stay here again. I felt very safe. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Artsy Studio Oasis w/Balcony Minutes From Parades!

NayiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed Ricky’s hospitality and amazing unit. The apartment was clean, cozy, and such a vibe! The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice in my opinion. We were also able to have several friends over and have a game night/smoke session on the patio. Our friends loved the space as well. Throughout our stay we struggled with the front gate a bit and had to walk around the building a couple of times, but that was the only problem we had our entire stay and even through that, Ricky was very communicative and helpful. 10/10.

Mecca for music lovers, Frenchmen!

EmilyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We loved our stay on Frenchmen! Excellent location with a lot of New Orleans charm which is just what we wanted. The balcony was absolutely wonderful we loved being able to sit out and listen to the music from up above. If you’re a light sleeper though you should be aware this is a very lively street and the music does go until very late into the night. Sylvia was super responsive and a great host!

Eclectic West Riverside Apt | 6 min to Audobon Zoo

KieranRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Cosy Airbnb which was just as described and had everything we needed for a week long stay (is set up for longer stays too). Magazine street is just a short walk away and the area around it has great cafes, restaurants, shops and bars! Tipitinas is walkable too, for an amazing night of live music, as well as prytania to visit the oldest cinema in Nola with bars and restaurants also dotted around! Would recommend walking around the local area to see what you can find and hop onto the street car to get to places like the French quarter! The number 11 bus drops you right outside the Airbnb and takes you to central NOLA too! What a city.

I love this neighborhood, and Joe’s house is stunning. Joe was quick to address and inquiry. This is a great place to stay for a relaxing week with great access to local restaurants, coffee shop, NOMA and City park. Also, if you don’t have a car great access to the Canal Street red streetcar to get downtown.

We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to walk to the Garden District, Warehouse District and French Quarter! The National WW II was so close and very interesting! We chose this place because it had covered parking….but we never had to use our car lol. It is a lovely place, especially if you enjoy historic buildings, which we do. 🤗

Walk to Everything in the Garden District!

BrianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Super clean apartment in the Lower Garden district. Very well equipped and spacious. There were only two of us but there is easily room for more people. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside doesn’t have much appeal, but there is a balcony and small back yard patio. Inside is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. You are steps from Magazine St and only a few blocks from the St. Charles street car. We walked pretty much everywhere. It’s about a 35 minute or so walk to the French Quarter and it’s a pleasant walk. Note that the apartment is in between a couple of bars with outdoor gardens and a restaurant. There is nightlife. But it was not a problem for us. City life. I very much appreciated the secure gates parking. We would definitely book this place again.
