The Marigny Retreat

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have rented this location multiple times and it is an incredible stay. Big open space with 3 couches and dinning room table make it easy to hang out. Bunk room makes it easy to have a larger crew with places to sleep. So close to Frenchmen Street makes it easy to pop over there at any time. Will continue to look forward to returning to this location.

Bywater charmer in BEST location near everything!

NielsRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved our stay at Ricki’s Bywater home. The house is warm, charming, and full of character — it instantly felt like home. The bedroom was cozy, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. But the real magic is the location. Bywater is hands down the best neighborhood in New Orleans — creative, welcoming, and full of life. We met the kindest people, caught live music at sunset, and sipped cocktails in some of the most memorable little bars. We made amazing memories here — would come back in a heartbeat.

The Art House on Chartres 2BR

MichelleRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The Art House was the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you need. Location was perfect. Safe area, close to everything. If you want a true, authentic NOLA experience, it is 100% worth staying here. We were 2 couples and each had our own bedroom with individual AC. Lovely to stay in eat a few nights, listening to music and chilling. Amazing, responsive host, would 100% book next time in NOLA. The art is amazing, true experience!

Wonderful Space.

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is our second time staying at this home. We feel at home, safe, and at peace here. It is a quiet neighborhood and near the city park where we visit often for the gardens, special events, and walking some of the trails. If you want a more secluded space that is convenient to leave when visiting New Orleans and the surrounding areas, this is for you. Many sidewalks, local restaurants, grocery stores, the best ice cream store ever, etc. We prefer to cook more than go out to eat, so the whole kitchen suits our needs. Karis is really great and makes people feel welcome.

Marcelin’s place is beautiful and comfortable. It is close to Tulane University where we had a student graduating and is easily walkable to many places and also very accessible to have a car. It comfortably fit 10 of us and the convenience of having a great breakfast every morning was a definite plus! Marcelino was very responsive when I had questions. Beautiful and peaceful place in which we highly recommend!

Chateau Lola 25-NSTR-01504.

KianaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Heather's place was the perfect size and location for our trip. Steps away from the trolley, a very convenient corner liquor store 2 buildings away, and a few other restaurants and such in walking distance. There was no musty smell, which I've found to be a recurring issue at places that I've stayed in New Orleans. Heather was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Loft living in Irish Channel

Kim & RockyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had an amazing experience at Mia's place!! We picked up our friend from CA at the airport and wanted to stop and provision before we got to the apartment and Mia was not only accommodating to our loose schedule but recommended a store that would be on our way and nearby! The apartment is really awesome - good kitchen and coffee making options, funky bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and fantastic shower, but the best part is the common space! There's a big dining table (great for games on a rainy day or lazy night), a very cool and cozy sitting area that has a stereo that should be turned to 90.7 for the full NOLA experience 😉 The tv area is also a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, watch tv, or sit and plan your day's adventures. Re: the tv area - if you find yourself wondering why your device isn't charging you should check that you aren't using a switched outlet... We had a wonderful time there and Mia is a great host, we are already looking forward to going back!!

All around 10/10! It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and the charm and homely feeling of staying with a local family can’t be beat. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere but it was residential and close to local gems.

The ambiance of this residence places a guest within the vitality of New Orleans, yet the copious spaciousness of rooms afford privacy; plus the porch accessible through the living area added spectacular vantage of the neighborhood. Glen was a master cook for breakfast, varied and deliciouos. He offered excellent advice about navigating to jazz, gardens, Jackson Square, etc. In addition, he took the time to speak of the history of his residence and the workings of the presentation of Mardi Gras floats. No better place or person as a base for New Orleans visit

Karen knows New Orleans, its cafes, music, and food, very well and is happy to provide information. Breakfast at the BB is always fantastic. I had an absolutely unforgettable stay!

The Laurel Bed and Breakfast in Mid-City

ShirleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved Laura’s B & B. Not only did we love their home, she and Elliott were fantastic hosts. We had a yummy Continental breakfast every morning waiting on us. She had the most fantastic croissants ever. They were such enjoyable people and I hope we have the opportunity to join them again. I highly highly recommend them if you plan on visiting that area. If and when I get to go back, I will definitely be staying with them.

Balcony Suite where French Quarter meets Frenchmen

AlexRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The balcony suite is amazing!! It’s a rare thing when your airbnb looks better in person than the pictures, and this space was STUNNING. The bed was so comfortable I never wanted to leave, but the location was amazing so we had to explore. Right between Frenchman and the French Quarter, the intersection of the mansion is quiet, but you’re a short walk from TONS to do. We absolutely loved the balcony and adorable kitchenette. The furnishings were high quality and fit the vibe of the mansion perfectly. Beth was also super flexible with an early check-in. This would be ideal for longer stays, but our two-night visit was perfect, too. I would stay again in a heartbeat. If you’re thinking about it, just do it!!
