We really enjoyed our stay once we got things figured out on the code for entering, our problem not Erik's. It was very nice and clean and decorated very unique and nice. We could have stayed there a week and been very comfortable, the only thing we missed was having a TV. Erik was very helpful and never got irritated when we had to contact him. I rented this place when my family came through town and it is beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location. It has great light, plenty of amenities including a full kitchen, and feels comfortable, clean, and cozy. This place is perfect if you want easy walking access to all of downtown, and you also want to get a good night's sleep: it's right in the middle of everything, but remained surprisingly quiet at night. Jon sent a message right away with check-in instructions and everything went very smoothly. Within two blocks you'll find a handful of restaurants and bars, coffee shops and bakeries, and many local gift, gear, and outdoor stores as well. Easy and very pleasant rental experience!

What a great weekend getaway!! It is right by the university n downtown is only a few miles right down the street! It was VERY quiet, great instructions, easy check in, n beautiful daffodils blooming in the front gardens. There were even fresh daffodils in on the coffee table when we arrived. Great stay n Dot is just right upstairs if u need anything. She came out to say goodbye when we were loading up the car! Don’t pass this one up!!
