Kirk and Caras place was the perfect location for us to explore Medicine Bow National Forest. Though snow made our hike a little colder, it made it more beautiful. We walked to the bars and restaurants where all the food was amazing! highly recommend this hidden gem!

Would stay here again, great location and great place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay once we got things figured out on the code for entering, our problem not Erik's. It was very nice and clean and decorated very unique and nice. We could have stayed there a week and been very comfortable, the only thing we missed was having a TV. Erik was very helpful and never got irritated when we had to contact him. We would love to stay there again should we have a need in the future. Thank you Erik for everything !

I rented this place when my family came through town and it is beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location. It has great light, plenty of amenities including a full kitchen, and feels comfortable, clean, and cozy. This place is perfect if you want easy walking access to all of downtown, and you also want to get a good night's sleep: it's right in the middle of everything, but remained surprisingly quiet at night. Jon sent a message right away with check-in instructions and everything went very smoothly. Within two blocks you'll find a handful of restaurants and bars, coffee shops and bakeries, and many local gift, gear, and outdoor stores as well. Easy and very pleasant rental experience!

My UW Department booked Roberta's place for an esteemed visiting speaker and it was great! He thought the rental had character and was clean. And Roberta was a very communicative host.

We stayed there to visit our son at WyoTech. It was very clean and comfortable. This will be our go to place when visiting Laramie. Shannon and Tricia communicated very well before and during our stay. It was perfect for us!

We were in Laramie for our first UWYO family weekend - the Little Lodge was the perfect location for our family's home base as we explored Laramie, enjoyed our first UWYO football game and shared lots of laughs with family and friends.

This is the perfect place for an extended stay! Our family of 3 spent 5 weeks here while waiting for our house to be ready and really enjoyed it. The house has been very well kept and maintained and decorated, and the exterior is incredibly peaceful and gorgeous. It’s close to the university, downtown, parks and restaurants and there’s lots of bird watching as well! Perry was easily accessible at all times and made our stay absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

2nd stay at this place, it does not disappoint

A great place to stay for a great price! The only downfall was the upstairs neighbors dog would be a bit loud from time to time.

We love this place. Quiet area, easy to access, great hosts. I didn't reach out like I usually do gor this trip since things got so busy, but it was still ready and waiting, and just what we needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 who travels frequently together on business. There was lots of room to stretch out, and many things like museums and restaurants to take the children to out in town. The beds were comfy, the area was not noisy for directly being downtown, and the charm of the historic look of the apartment was unbeatable. We needed a place in a walkable area, and we definitely got that as well! Suggestions: listing the number of stairs rather than mentioning stairs would help as there were more than I imagined. I also would advise others who have small kids and dogs to be cautious of the space as there are many aged and valuable looking furniture prices and antiques present. The listing states it is pet and kid friendly, and thought I’m very sure it is, I was anxious about any damage happening. Might be better for adults. Billie was a pleasure to speak to on the phone and helpful and understanding after we had a minor maintenance issue. Thanks so much!

Ended up staying at a different location from the Airbnb I had originally reserved. Host requested this change well in advance of check-in date, and it ended up working out well for our group. The reservation was not updated to reflect this change, however, so I am unable to review the charming apartment in downtown Laramie since we did not actually stay there. In general, though, we had a pleasant stay. Check in instructions were clear. The interior of the property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check out instructions would have been helpful, but overall a thumbs up!

Our stay at this cute little upstairs apartment was fantastic. My brother and I felt right at home. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the darts. The bathroom was also nicely stocked and I had a nice bath in the large bathtub. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Tim was communicative and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.
