Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Albany County

Very nice, simple place especially for the price. Close to campus and downtown. Had games to play for down time spent at the house. Pennie was very accommodating and very quick to answer any questions we had. Considerate enough to leave porch light on so we could easily tell which house was the right one.

Sandra’s home is amazing and she is such a kind and responsive host. The perfect find when visiting your students at the University and feels like a home away from home.

Home was just what we needed to be able to spend Christmas with our daughter. Owner put up a Christmas tree for us which was a very nice touch and made us feel special. Great place to have a doggo too!

Jill’s place was a perfect home away from home while I moved my son here for school. It was very clean and absolutely everything I could possibly need was provided. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. Jill was super responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our family as we were in town for an indoor soccer tournament for the weekend. It was a great place to be able to go to in between games and relax and everyone slept very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and understanding which we appreciated. We’d definitely stay again next year for Turf Wars if her home is available again.

This was exactly what we needed. We drove all the way from Georgia and it was so nice to rest and have a place other than a hotel. Highly recommend!

great place, lot's of space. It's an older house, but well taken care of and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equiped. Erin is a great host. There is a great park for kids to play just around the corner and they had an amazing Christmas light show from the city/county.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for an indoor soccer tournament. Megan's place is located right near downtown and the University. Very close to everywhere we needed to be. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this cozy home was a perfect place for us to stay.

Great place. It had all of the amenities that you would want. Sharon met us when we checked in and showed us around her place. It was very helpful. We were in town for parent’s weekend and were only there to sleep. We would come back!

Caitlan was very responsive. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Would definitely book here again!

Our stay at this cute little upstairs apartment was fantastic. My brother and I felt right at home. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the darts. The bathroom was also nicely stocked and I had a nice bath in the large bathtub. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Tim was communicative and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an apartment. Very quiet, and the photos did the job. Looked like the add exactly. It was so cozy we sneaked in and watch movies after my little boy ran around so excited to be there. They are on the top floor though. Had to try and be quiet for the downstairs. Otherwise Tiffany was so amazing and responded to every message promptly. AMAZING!!!!!!!
