I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful, quiet area just a short drive from the beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went just as expected. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Andrew’s property! Wonderful backyard and property inside and out. Don’t let the pictures fool you this place is much bigger than it looks!!

Lady's place was amazing. Very clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. You provide your own code to access the residence. She reached out to me, prior to getting to the house, so I even felt the "Southern Hospitality" prior to reaching the residence, even getting into Louisiana. The neighbors were so nice and friendly. We were here for a quick getaway to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and surprised her with this weekend getaway and Lady's place was in a perfect location to everything. We went to the Jazz festival, took in all the sites, ate all that New Orleans had to offer, and even enjoyed a recommendation offered when I made the reservation (so again "Thank You"). I already know my older sister and none of us will never forget this trip, and have made memories that we'll forever and always cherish.

Our stay at the property was great! Beautiful house and area. If we come again to Mississippi I would love to stay here again. Also, Wendy the house gave me to good decorations ideas for my house. Thanks for helping us with a great getaway!

Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and modern, love the backyard patio, it was wonderful for entertainment,and the pool table stayed occupied 24 hours. My family enjoyed the home, and looking forward to booking again

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Phenomenal host. Very clean, very nice. Great recommendations. Very kind when they accidently delivered our lost luggage to the wrong door. Well stocked. Only thing I could suggest is hypoallergenic toiletries and cleaning supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation here! David supplied everything a guest might need, and made sure to check in on us to see if our stay was up to expectations. This is a beautiful and clean New Orleans home in a safe area of town + we always had parking which is a super plus in NOLA.

Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Joe was incredibly communicative and enjoyable to chat with. The place itself is part of a beautiful old Nola home right on historic Esplanade. There’s easy street parking, access to blue bikes, walkable to City Park and the street car, walkable to Bayou St John, to Parkway Deli, to…lots of stuff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything you would need. Note that it does not have a full kitchen. Rather it has the kitchen amenities of a hotel room. But it’d Nola! You don’t need more than a mini fridge, microwaves, and coffee maker. Too much good food in the city to eat in the AirBNB. The area is safe, the street is lined with the majestic live oak trees creating a beautiful canopy over the road, and it’s just a great spot. Thanks Joe!

So glad I found Rebecca's place. It gave me a comfortable, peaceful spot to get work done and unwind. I will definitely look to book her place again next time I'm in town to see family!

Incredibly prestine 3 bedroom apartment style living. It had everything we needed for a little girls getaway. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The staff was incredible.

We had a great time and everything was conveniently located. The couches and beds were very comfy, the AC was on point. the decorations were so unique.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here the place was as described nice and clean. The host offered extra linens and covers I just loved everything about the place! They offer a pool & gym on site we didn’t have to drive far for anything & it was a quiet neighborhood

I would definitely book this place again. It was beautiful and perfectly located. The tub was a plus the outside balcony was beautiful in the morning. The host is awesome and a great communicator. We’ll definitely book again.

Nice and new condo. The surrounding area is a mixed bag depending which direction you walk in. Not much to walk to immediately nearby. My only concern was never hearing back from the host. I sent one message asking about a late check out prior to check in and it was radio silence. I saw it wasn’t booked after our stay so figured it couldn’t hurt to ask since we had late flights. Even if the answer is no I would have appreciated a response saying that. Other than that we loved the condo itself. It was a great deal especially during jazz fest.

Travis is the ultimate host. We were so impressed last year we came back again. The condo is absolutely lovely, the furniture to the paintings are immaculate. He is super responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend this place or Tavis enough, you will not be disappointed. The location is central to most locations and is one black from St Charles and the street car. There are good options to eat near and if you walk 10 mins you have even more or ride the street car. About the only thing I can say is its right beside the highway but you don't hear any noise inside so really... it wasnt a problem at all. Whenever we go back, we will for sure stay again because the service and value are very worth it.
