Spent the week. Neihbors were very friendly. Met new friends and had a nice time.

This bungalow is comfortable and well-stocked for a short or longer stay, and we had a lovely time. Everything is well organized inside, and there are clear directions and thorough recommendations for the area. The bed is soft, the posters on the walls are funky, and the kitchen has a small but useful selection of tools for cooking. It is about 15 minutes’ drive along the main Keys highway to the central part of Marathon with grocery stores, a nice sandy town beach, and plenty of places to eat. This bungalow is attached to another unit with a yard space and grill that is individual to the unit, but you’ll see and hear your neighbors. The small community it is in has lots of units very close together but this one and its neighbors are tucked back among greenery so there is some privacy from the general community. There is a fishing pier, swimming pool, laundry room, and boat docking area that are all available. This was a cozy and comfortable spot for our first trip to the Keys.

I had a wonderful stay at Sean’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Sean was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept spot in the Florida Keys.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful resort and everyone very friendly onsite. Great location and close to lots to do. Cannot wait to book again.

We loved our place so much as you can tell by the 5 star review! Such a gem! Especially enjoyed the 9 ft pool raised up looking over the ocean! Rocking chair time every morning and evening! Shuffleboard playing and watching fishermen come in and out of dock were other delights! The condo was spotless and comfy!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

This stay was wonderful. The location is tucked at the back of the key which was very nice and quiet. The key deer and chickens were plentiful and cool to watch as they just wander around. The host was fantastic and helped with check in. She gave recommendations and they have reduced cost on services like kayak and paddleboard rentals for their guests. Would definitely book here again, no question.

Beautiful development, loved the fishing dock and the pool. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We arrived early to the resort... 4 hours before checking. Hawk's Cay went ahead and gave us our resort wristbands and invited us to hit the pool and use the resort while we waited on our villa to be ready. The staff was phenomenal and helpful.

such a quiet place to have our honeymoon. so cute and the people are so nice. nice area to get away and to explore on your free time. overall just an amazing experience. would do it again and again ❣️

Don't underestimate the HUGE benefit of having unlimited access to the Cabana Club! This is a big perk with a private beach, pool and snacks. Really nice on days that you want to just chill with your family and relax. The house itself if amazing inside and has a great spot on the canal. Perfect if you want to rent a local boat or bring your own. The location is walkable to several parks and there are walking paths around the area. Farmers market and several restaurants are walkable. Really nice location! The process and the host were top notch. We are very picky about our rentals and we were impressed from start to finish...we will stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The Studio style apartment was beautiful and perfect for a family of 3! Very clean with lots of amenities! The property was gorgeous as well! All of the locals in the community were very friendly. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee! The sunrise at the dock was also a sight! Robert was very quick to answer any questions I had both before we arrived and during our stay. The only disappointment was that we had to pay to use washer and dryer-and they only took quarters. We stay a lot of places where the machines take cards or it’s free. Definitely did not ruin our stay though!

Perfect for 3 guys on a weekend to fish! Ashley was super friendly and responsive. The bar below the apartment is currently closed, but when it reopens it might not be as peaceful. Great location otherwise, clean and tidy.

Beautiful, lush, private, quiet, and clean outdoor grounds and condo. Plenty of lounge chairs, small but soft sand beach and lots of nature. The ground's keeper was very nice and helpful. We were surprised how much privacy we had at the pool and beach. There are picnic tables where we had snacks, drinks, and family time. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Kitchen was well stocked and had little extras which was greatly appreciated. Short walk to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset and explored conchs and sea urchins at low tide. My family felt safe and had an amazing vacation!!! Keys Fishery was good, especially the grilled grouper and it was very cool to watch the tarpons and nurse sharks from our table. The facility and room were exactly as advertised. The only issue we had with the property was the restaurant on site. Service was not great, and food was below average. We waited at the bar for 45 minutes just to receive menus. Overall, we had a great stay.

Beautiful location. Lots of relaxing by the pool. Some great live music at the Tiki Bar. Close to many great restaurants. Bed was super comfortable. Coffee machine in lobby was amazing, great to have each morning. Ice machine and laundry room were good to have close by! Can’t wait to return one day!

We enjoyed a week at this place. Everything was perfect. The view was excellent and it was very quiet. The place was very clean and I was surprisingly happy with the amenities. The community pool was well kept. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Amazing! We had a wonderful trip! Chris was very responsive with any questions and gave us clear and easy check in instructions. The resort was exactly as described….very beautiful. I would highly recommend!

Just what we needed for winter break , loved having coffee in the morning on the canal, hammock very relaxing, liked the open living space.
