Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kentucky

The 1950 house is simply adorable. Love the original wood flooring and quaint styling of choice decor. Comfortable and feels like a home. The porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening libation. Will rent again! Very close to the interstate and the college. Like the community feel.

Great place! The house has great amenities and is just a 15 minutes from the Mammoth Cave National Park vistor's center. We would stay here again.

This house was just what we were looking for and the location was amazing. We had our 2 younger kids and the house is kid friendly with books and coloring materials. The kitchen is also set up for you to cook your meals if you like to have a few meals at home. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance around the corner but you're tucked into a quieter side street instead of being on the busy drag. Our favorite part was the backyard, we spent all day back there and the neighbors were all very nice! Would rebook again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was a truly comfortable and welcoming experience. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked, and the neighborhood was peaceful yet conveniently located near UC’s campus and downtown Williamsburg. Overall I highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house. The kitchen was well-equipped (including olive oil and butter which came in handy). The living room was cozy. We sat out on the front porch multiple times because of the nice weather! It's also in a good location right near the warehouse block and accessible to downtown. Eric was both proactive and responsive - he even facilitated getting a shirt back to us that was accidentally left behind. Thank you for the Lexington hospitality!

Beverly’s place was just as described. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. We appreciated Beverly’s flexible check in time and had a great night sleep at her place. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was really nice, great location. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock box.

Most comfortable bed ever and back yard perfect for our pups! We have stayed here several times and always feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

Beautiful place! Very quiet & safe feeling. Very comfortable bed & Very nice linens!! Quality! Fully equipped kitchen was nice. I was there for business, so I didn't go out to eat. Highly recommended.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

We very much enjoyed the home cozy feel and the muffins! Everything you would have at home was available. We loved the decor! The location is convenient to Mainstrasse Village. We loved the area so much we want to come back next year. We would make reservations now, but it looks like not open to reserve yet. Everyone we met was so friendly. We also loved Julie’s consignment store and had the pleasure of meeting her husband. He was very helpful with tips on restaurants etc… There is something for everyone in the store! The place is definitely a what you pay for kind of place. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and there was huge crack in the shower and in the bathroom tile under the rug. There was a smoked joint in one of the drawers on the tv stand and a huge stain. The kitchen was clean but the sink faucet was busted. Other than that the place was clean and cute:) sheets were clean and couch was clean:)

Perfect place to stay in Paducah! Within 10 minutes from everything! The place was exactly what we needed for Quilt Week! We will definitely be back!

I had stayed here a couple of months ago when traveling with my daughter and had a wonderful experience. My mother was traveling to the same location and was needing a place earlier on her journey than expected. I messaged Brenda and John to see if it was too late in the day for me to book for my Mom. They gladly accepted my reservation and welcomed my mother like family.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

Kris is so warm that I immediately felt welcome and knew her home would be a happy place. Her house very peaceful. In fact I spent a rainy day reading and enjoying my own hobby (exploring puzzles) while she went around her own business. I felt comfortable enough to share a night out for dinner with her - I will remember it fondly.

Highly recommend! Just an hour from the Ark, and got to tour their farm, pet their horse, amazing breakfast, and beautiful scenery. Look no further.

Leslie and Tiffany are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Beautiful house near the creek! Peaceful and private! They will fill you up at breakfast time with wonderful food! The 2 best lil Pomeranian’s and beautiful peacocks! Leslie and Tiffany have the most beautiful, caring hearts and you can see it in EVERYTHING they do! I want to personally thank the 2 of you and recommend this beautiful house and beautiful people for your stay anytime for any occasion!!!

Can't begin to explain how amazing our stay was. Valerie and Tracey made us feel right at home, the kids couldn't contain their excitement and did not want to leave. This was our first time staying with a host and couldn't have been more pleasant of a stay. Tracey was great with the kids explaining all the animals and showing them how to feed them. Winston, Hank and Bentley were always excited to greet us and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend any locations hosted by Tracey and Valerie to everyone! Thank you for the incredible memorable stay!
