Recently remodeled in law suite. We just upgraded the bed to a queen size. Very private, detached garage getaway. A cozy sitting area 60" CableTV with HBO SHOWTIME and STARZ. Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. No Parties

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Art classes are offered upon request by children's book author/illustrator, Lori McKeel, for an additional fee. Separate entrance and plenty of privacy and parking.

Page's Legacy: Summertime Fun at the Lake!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. 1 bdrm basement apartment with private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and common area located adjacent to Cherokee Park. 3/4 mile walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment on Bardstown Rd. Heated saltwater swimming pool and cabana with wet bar. Centrally located within 10 minutes from downtown, Churchill Downs, the Zoo, the airport, golf courses,and Kentucky Kingdom. Situated in a quiet, park-like neighborhood with ample parking. Owner occupies the main floor upstairs.

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.

Room is a stand alone efficiency with a kitchenette, blackout curtains, and reclining queen bed. It has one designated parking space and seperate entrance. Unit has private bath and walk in closet, and kitchenete. Also has refeigerator, coffee maker, work desk microwave, 42" smart tv, Ninja airfryer oven, and couch. Private porch with table and chairs. Close/secure single parking space.
