Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Kentucky

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at the Pineville Inn with John and it won’t be the last. It is absolutely perfect for a long time group of friends because we each have our own room in the same place. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Pineville and literally a stones throw to the highway to get to other locations like the state park, golf course, or Middlesboro. John’s place is always spotless and free from useless clutter. Love it here and the price point is perfect.

This quite little peaceful glamping experience is worth visiting more than once. This was my 2nd visit and so much had been added sense my first. I admire Josh's hard work to make such an adorable and peacefu glampingl experience in the Red River Gorge. The Hice paired very nicely with our hiking vacation. Hike during the day and a stay at The Hice for the evening. There is plenty to do at the Hice too. It is almost a vacation in itself. I will be back many more times. super excited to see what he has in store for future stay. ❤️✌️😁

What stood out to me was how friendly the staff was. The gentleman that was standing at the entrance to McIntyre Hall was so nice and helpful. The lady that was inside at the beginning of the gingerbread house viewing was equally as friendly and helpful. The entire experience helped get you in the holiday spirit.

BOOK IT! This was my second time here and I wasn’t disappointed either time, these suites are so cute and unique, perfect for a fun night away. Very clean environment and well worth the price, the icecream and the food were great as well!

Great stay the only issue I had was operating the heat but everything else was great!

What a great space and host! The suite was beautiful, roomy, and clean. Could not be in a better area of the community, as it is within a 1 block of the start of the shops and across the street from a great Mexican restaurant. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone traveling to Norton commons or Louisville area!

We’ve stayed here several times now and it’s always clean. Perfect place to stay for fishing trips.
