I almost don’t want to say how fantastic my stay was because going forward you are sure to be always booked! I absolutely LOVED Commonground! The building buzzed with positivity and happy people. The cafe and food downstairs were delicious. The music at night fun. Everyone seemed happy. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had everything I need and more. I loved that you had games, a pack and play, a high chair, extra comfy pillows and blankets. I liked. That there were two real plants in the kitchen (which I watered and pruned for you). I suppose the only things I would say is that I miss having cable, being a news person, and the overheard lights were a bit too bright. I highly recommend Commonground.

A conveniently located place in a highly walkable area with water views! Our small group enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to enjoy restaurants and nightlife without driving. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Angela’s place was amazing! When we walked in, we were in awestruck by how classy the furniture selections and decorating were. Also, this was probably the cleanest Air BNB we have stayed in. Angela was very communicative, and she provided great recommendations for places to dine. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening, with the reflection of the full moon over the bay…so cool! We would love to come back to the area, and this place will certainly be our first choice for places to stay!

Could be a little confusing to get to without the clear instructions given at check in. Appreciated quick responses when we had questions!

Place was beautiful and very clean. Newer complex. Would stay here again when in the area. It is about a 20 minute walk to Front Street. Location is good if heading out to the Dunes or other sites. Linda was very responsive.

Great spot close to great breweries and restaurants. Easy check in and parking. Loved the balcony in the evenings.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

Perhaps the nicest AirBnB I’ve stayed at. The location is amazing, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It is a true Gem. Host was great at communicating and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this location!

We loved being very close to torch lake without being on the lake! It was a very peaceful area, with very friendly people around! They made it very easy to cook on the fire! And the river is soooo pretty! I was skeptical because we’ve only stayed on torch lake in the past, but it was actually way more pretty than I thought it was going to be!

Our experience was wonderful. The host was super responsive and helpful! Everything was clean and beautiful. The property was peaceful and relaxing.

Nick is a great host with a great place to stay up north. We got exactly what we were looking for. House and hot tub were very clean.

I booked this for my birthday trip and it was a fantastic stay! Traverse city is a wonderful choice for people looking to enjoy themselves whether it be to spend time with family, solo or with a significant other. This clean and refreshing space with a beautiful view only added to the experience. With the beach out back it was tempting to stay in and enjoy the space but with the shop and restaurants just a block away the options were unlimited. Not only was the stay great but so were the hosts. They were accommodating, kind and quick with all of their responses.

Comfortable condo with only a short drive to downtown Traverse City. Very nice location! Great communication from booking to checkout. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and that we could bring our dogs. Karla was very responsive when I had a couple of different questions. The place was perfect size for us, very clean and loved the designated parking spot. Thank you!
