Ideal Location, in Town, Clean and Convenient

Enjoy a nicely furnished condo right in the center of town. A much better deal than staying in a hotel, and much nicer too. You can walk to the beach, to shops, restaurants, bars, even the grocery store is just around the corner. View the ocean from the lanai. Full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, fast wifi, and there is even beach equipment for your use. Free parking stall included, you can walk to most restaurants and shops on Alii drive without having to pay the parking fees.

Stay right in Kona Town, Minutes walk from Alii Drive Perfect Landing Area for 2 couples or any Foursome wanting their own separate spaces. These are 2 nice size studios with an adjoining door, located on the second floor (top floor). There is also a front door entrance for each unit. Assigned parking for only 1 Car is allowed, sorry there is not visitor spots available. These studios are located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The building has a total of 2 floors
