Vacation rentals in North Kona

Travis & Tricia 's condo was perfect for us. Amazing view of the ocean and sunset, easy parking, easy access to Kailua. They were incredibly communicative. My credit card on file had been compromised by fraud and my reservation was cancelled when the payment didnt go thru- I was nervous I would lose this place. Travis and Tricia responded to my email immediately, let me put thru a new credit card and contacted Air BnB as well. I was very grateful to them! Terrific visit!

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this location. Keoni provided very detailed information that helped us navigate our stay with ease. She was communicative and we enjoyed the amenities as well. The location was very close to much of the beaches, attractions, and shopping centers that were needed for this trip. I'd like to thank her for opening up her home to our family.

This Magic Sands Condo is 5 stars! It is as beautiful as the picture which advertise it. The condo is well provisioned and stocked with everything one might need for an amazing Kona vacation. The host provided very detailed instructions - not only about the condo but also restaurants, sights to see and things to do. We found it to be excellent value for our vacation dollars.

This apartment was perfect for my family (me, husband, 3.5 year old, 13 month old). We were able to walk to the beach at A'Bay every day, and walk to numerous restaurants and happy hours and the children's museum as well. My daughter absolutely loved the beautiful (and warm) pool. The apartment comes with beach and pool toys, a travel crib, a high chair, beach chairs and more - everything we needed for 2 little kids and 2 adults to enjoy the home and the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment so we were able to make plenty of meals at home, and pack lots of beach snacks in the plentiful Tupperware containers. The complex is gorgeous and really well maintained and clean. And even though there are lots of other homes in the complex, it was always quiet in our apartment and felt very private on our back lanai. Cannot recommend enough!

It is a great place to stay in the condo. Almost have everything that for daily life. it is very convenient.

The stay was very pleasant for my family! We were thankful for the comfort, calmness, beautiful environment and generous amount of beverages. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and have appreciated the experience. Many thanks to the host!

The apartment is even more beautiful live than in the pictures. Its very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very big and the shower great. I have never seen such a well equipped airbnb. Everything you need from coffee, sugar, oil, to swim equipments is there. We enjoyed very much our stay.

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Nancy’s place—it’s very comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed happy hours on the shady lanai, with its view of the ocean. If our travels take us back to the Big Island, we’d be happy to stay at Nancy’s again.

This condo was amazing! It was beautiful and clean! It had so many amenities provided. We didn’t have to rent any beach gear because it was already there for us to use. There was even bicycles for us to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed also. The location is quiet and gorgeous. The pool was so close to the condo. The beach club that you can use with the rental was so perfect and super close. It was in a cove so it was easy to swim in and had great snorkeling! There were also a lot of other great beaches close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again! It is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
