Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona

Couldn't rave MORE about this stay! SO MEMORABLE! the views are IMMACULATE! and renting the car through them was so stress free. it was awesome not getting gas the Tesla rules. the place is huge, and the hot tub was so extra awesome when it was raining. we completely loved it i hope we will be back! truly, this is THEE spot. Rent this - Seriously. your family and friends will be talking about it for the rest of your lives! <3

I enjoyed the stay at Mike's place. It was my first time visiting the beautiful big island and his instructions on how to navigate to his place and get inside was very easy. Just watch out for directions when putting it into Uber or Lyft, the drivers may get confused, so it is best to stand outside of the property and wait for your ride. When we did have a request for something, they handled it promptly. Super friendly people when we encountered them on the property momentarily. Was very willing to help assistance in any way needed. The private entrance to the backside of the property has a nice pool. We did not utilize the pool as we were gone from the facility quite often during the day. There are accommodating things on the property, such as beach towels and surfboards for your use. There is also a laundry facility on site in case you need it. Space has a mini fridge, sink and cabinet storage in case you bring food/snacks. Keyless combo entry. Loved the property!

Lanai is highlight of this place. Large space enough for everyone to gather and not be crowded. The location is great, easy access w/ parking. Comfortable and clean.

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Mike and Melissa (and Sheryl!) are wonderful hosts, and their place is spacious and comfortable—me and my dog, Margot, felt instantly at home. They were super friendly with great recommendations, and the apartment is private and quiet, yet super convenient to town and all of Kona’s lovely beaches. Would recommend to anybody!

This was our second time staying here and we brought our five kids this time to the island. We had all the beach toys and snorkel gear here that we needed and the kids enjoyed the pool while us adults enjoyed the serene nature and close access to shops and various beaches. This is the only place we plan to stay for any future visits to Kona. We love it here! Mahalo Debbie and Greg for another memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place in downtown Kona! Walkable to good restaurants and beach. For us, a nice last stop before heading off to the airport!

This place is an amazing rental and i highly recommend. It's located just north of kona in a very quite and laid back atmosphere. Grocery store that is walkable from property. The rental also comes with a beach access and private cabanas that is just a short drive. Our favorite beaches are up in this area so the location is prefect. There wasn't one bug/roach on the pemises, which is very hard to achieve in hawaii, good job hosts. Our stay was amazing. beds are comfortable, amenities are all you need, spices and cooking utensils, layout of condo is great for small group/friends to just hang out and have fun. Pool and hot tub area are well maintained, and grounds are well cared and manicured. I will 100% look for this rental again next year when we come back. Thank you for an awesome week.

I've housed multiple employees at a few different properties managed by this company for extended periods, and each experience has been consistently excellent. The homes are always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished for longer stays. What really stands out is the team’s willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs — whether it was adjusting check-in times, assisting with special requests, or responding quickly to any questions, their support has been outstanding. We’re so grateful to have found such a reliable and thoughtful host, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

THIS PLACE WAS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN WASHER & DRYER WAS SO CLUTCH!!! THE VIEW WAS UNMATCHED AND THE LOCATION PERFECT DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH. THE NEIGHBORS WERE FRIENDLY AND QUIET. FAST WIFI & SMART TVS IN THE LIVING ROOM & BEDROOM I LOVED IT SO MUCH IM ALREADY PLANNING A RETURN TRIP!!!

Chris and Heather's place is in an extremely convenient location, right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Easy walking to the ocean, bars and restaurants, farmer's market, shopping, and more. The condo is in a relatively private spot, secluded away from the busy road and adjacent to the pool and hot tub. The condo has a feeling of spaciousness, and a good amount of storage. A well set up workspace if you need it, and kitchen set up to allow you to cook at home if you wish, and with good tea and coffee making options. Chris and Heather were great hosts and communicated well. I would be happy to stay there again!

Amazing location!!! This is tucked into the hills, about 20 minutes from Kona. If you’re like us and appreciate the quiet rather than being in a more touristy area, then this is a great option. The back patio was our favorite, spent hours in the swinging chairs! The host was super friendly and let me check in early which I really appreciated. Side note: depending on time of year, it does rain A LOT in this neighborhood. Wasn’t an issue for us, but for those looking for a lot of sunshine just be sure you’re planning for the right time of year. Also, not an issue for us because we know with humid temperatures it’s part of it, but the shower has some mold around the drain and some spots of mold on the shower curtain. It’s hot and humid, so not unusual especially considering the location. But for others, this might be important to you, so just FYI

We loved staying at Ashley's place! Very spacious, plenty of room, love the high ceilings. It felt very private. We didn't get to go in the hot tub this time as we were focused on our triathlon event, but all my staff who stayed with me are very interested in returning with family, as am I! We will be back 100%.

Walter has a beautiful place with awesome views of the sunsets. It is remote, so you definitely need to get a car. Great recommendations for food. Walter was very friendly and super responsive for anything we needed. One thing to note for future renters, the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are slatted for increased airflow. This does make sound travel, so privacy within your group may be limited.

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

Great stay. The views were gorgeous, deck patio was huge. You could hear the wildlife at nighttime. Jason was super communicative. All around 5 stars!

We loved our stay at this Kailua-Kona. The home is well-maintained and was an excellent place for us to stay between activities. The kitchen was well-stocked and great to cook in. The location is excellent for all the activities on this side of the island and is just a short drive from the airport, as well as close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were responsive and welcoming.

Great place to stay. Great location. No traffic noise. Home is newly remodeled and very clean. A rooster lives next door which we loved and were used to but beware if you like to sleep late. Would definitely start again.

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!
