The place was easy to find thanks to the host’s clear instructions and was spotless when we arrived. The apartment was cute and perfectly centralized for our overnight stay while we drove around the UP and Northern Wisconsin for the weekend and was worth the price. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is considering staying in the area!

Our group had a blast here for a weekend of skiing! It was great to be right on the run. The wood stove was so cozy after long days of skiing. The hosts are very responsive, which was so appreciated. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 6 months, and it was an excellent experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for me to cook regularly, and the living area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after work. Luke was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions or requests and ensuring everything was seamless throughout my stay. Overall, this apartment felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay, whether for a few days or an extended period!

Plenty of room for our family of four and we recommend going to Mt. Zion across the street for beautiful views.

The location was extremely convenient, right in the middle of town with tons of options for food and easy access to major roads for getting out and exploring. I had a great stay and can see myself coming back in the future!

We were in the area to visit the porcupine mountains and Joseph's basement apartment worked great. We were about 30 minutes from the western tip of the park. We packed a lunch and spent our days in the mountains. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for making meals along with various travel brochures for options of what to do in the area.

My husband and I unexpectedly planned a trip around Iron Wood! It was a two night trip so we decided to book night by night. Our first night we stayed at motel in Iron Wood and the bed was not comfortable! Wished we would have found Yan’s place before! If you need a decent place to stay highly recommend!

A great location. In walking distance to a ski lift. The place was clean and it was awesome being able to have a fire in the fire place. Peter checked in with us in person to see if we needed anything. Also, he was very responsive to a couple questions I had prior to arriving. We will be back.

This is a perfect place if you are skiing at the Snowriver Mountain hills. The place is a little dated and the walls are a little thin, but we didn't want to spend our days in the condo so it didn't bother us. Peter is very polite and responsive.
