Madeline and Co-host, Clay were an absolute pleasure from pre-booking to post check-out. Great communication ensuring a stress free booking, providing clear instructions and local recommendations from supermarkets, restaurants to best transportation routes for New York. The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Providing a nice mix of vintage and modern, creates a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to decompress after a packed itinerary with the family in NYC! The view is fantastic, and can be indulged out on the balcony in the morning with freshly ground coffee (provided by the hosts) or with a wine in the evening (arranged by the wife!). All in all, clean, comfy, spacious, ideal for a group or family, well located, and we will definitely be back!! Thank you Madeline and Clay, you helped is create some amazing core memories with our family! Andy, Stevie, Dante, Calvin, and Claudia :)

Lidia's place is 15minutes walking from times square and has some amazing coffee shops and convenience stores right next to it as well. Gregory's cafe was amazing for coffee 10/10 recommend. Also, the room looks exactly like the pictures, it's so cute with its brick walls and city details. The windows are HUGE and have a nice view of the street as well. There are so many outlets everywhere to charge your phone. In the kitchen there is no oven but she does have the two top stove and a microwave available. She also has a coffee maker but you just have to buy the capsules. The bathroom had one little shampoo and one little conditioner, and little soaps (one for each person that was staying). So if you're staying for longer than a couple of nights bring your own soap and shampoo and conditioner. She provides a towel for each person as well. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on! The check in was really easy and check out as well. My friends and I would stay here again!

Nidhi’s place was probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was in a luxury high rise building. A lot of amenities. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful view of NYC. She answered all questions quickly and I would definitely book again.

Natalia communicated with us daily to ensure that we were comfortable. She was swift with responding to any questions we had. Wonderful experience

Valerie was the best host we’ve ever experienced. Her attention to detail was magnificent. I can’t state just how amazing the view from this property was. It was our first trip to New York and we were naive to say the least, but her descriptions and instructions were spot on and we quickly mastered the transit to and from the city as well as getting around the city. I’m so happy we chose to stay here and if we ever come back to the city, this is the first place I’ll look to book!

Host was friendly and had quick response to needs that appeared. Apartment was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The apt was short walk to bus stop going to Manhattan Bus Terminal. In morning buses ran frequently. Easy to get return bus even at 9pm. Would stay here again

It’s a superb place to stay if you’re going back and forth to MetLife Stadium. The patio was great to enjoy and the neighbors seemed pleasant. Just make sure you ask him which parking spot to use. It’s not a Beverly Hills, CA mansion, but it’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay for a concert or Football game weekend.

Honestly this was such a beautiful home breathtaking!! It was everything you could imagine. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Only thing Is there’s no curtains. So, all the window are open exposed! But it’s really truly a beautiful home. And the host went beyond my expectations!! Truly very nice she took care of anything we needed! We had a great time celebrating!

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Me and my team loved David’s place. He was a great host super responsive, and the house was everything we needed. Will definitely stay next time if available.

Good place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the city.

We had a great stay at Shante’s place. The home looked just like the photos. Our favorite space was the finished basement with the large TV and games for the kids. We had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party of 4 adults and 4 boys ranging 7-12. Attractions were all within 20-25 mins. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good area.

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

This is a perfect place to stay. Walkable distance to groceries, restaurants, public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. The unit is immaculately clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have been here multiple times and feel like family here

Great stay!

It was really nice to stay with Josefina. She is a super friendly and warm woman. We felt right at home, while at the same time having all the freedom to do our own thing. We slept well in a very comfortable bed and were not bothered by noise or light. Despite its proximity to the busy street Broadway, the apartment itself is on a quiet street. Within a 10-minute walk there are two metro stations, which take you quickly and quickly to the center of New York. It is really a super place to stay: outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, and yet close by.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.
