Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Heba was a great host with a beautiful home. Very clean, welcoming, and spacious. Bonus- All the tile selections were gorgeous! Our families fit comfortably in the home during our stay and we enjoyed our time.

Our stay was very peaceful, Natalia was also very responsive with any questions we had, checked in on us half way through our stay and was very accommodating

This home was amazing! Looks exactly like the photos but even better. It was so clean and cozy which made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe. The train station was only 8 minutes away and an uber ride took no more than 30 minutes to get to the city. Rich and Kim for were very attentive and answered all our questions quickly. They were so nice to us. We would definitely book their home again.

MaryJean was super! We happened to meet her as we arrived so she helped us get in and settled. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well appointed, and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It’s an older home with lots of charm and character along with many modern updates. There is literally anything you might need! There are two flights of stairs you have to climb to access the main living area and bedrooms. The private parking was a definite bonus. The location was centrally located and walkable with a few restaurants, grocery and coffee shop close by. The bus stop into the city was minutes from the house so we were able to access public transit easily. MaryJean was extremely helpful when it came to NYC info (bus access, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed her unique and beautiful home and our stay.

Great stay, great host and great location.

Very cozy apartment . Clean and has all the basic necessities. Very close to NYC, can take a 7 min uber to journal square path train. Lots of shops about 5 mins walk to central ave. Host very responsive .

This place is at the top of our list of all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We stayed in 20. The view of NY City was spectacular! The quietness and cleanliness of staying in New Jersey was a great decision. The commute to New York everyday was easy. It’s a short walk from the apartment to the bus stop. From the bus stop to either a ferry or Penn station was a great experience. We will definitely book this Airbnb again and recommend it to friends!

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

We stayed from March 21 to Apr 10, a long stay. For a family of three, the studio is perfect. Location is great, very clean, comfortable, cozy, nice amenities. Bathroom is super tight, which is the only issue with the unit. But the best part was Howard, the host. He was super friendly, very proactive always asking what we needed, and responded very quickly (even when he was away). Overall, we were happy with the place.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a coffee shop and supermarket (8AM-11PM) a couple of meters away. There's a bus stop nearby; it only takes 5 minutes to reach it and several buses take you to Times Square in about 20 to 30 minutes. We never had to wait long. The apartment was spacious for two people and has all the necessary amenities: microwave oven, stove, fridge, freezer, water kettle, coffee machine, clothes hangers, toilet paper, kitchen towel, towels, coffee, toiletries and so on. Alfranco and his father went out of their way to quickly help us when we had requests. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at David’s! Getting into the building was very easy due to the clear instructions we were provided. The place was clean and provided the essentials. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the HBLR station to get in to NYC. We hope to be back soon!!

The home was absolutely wonderful! What you see in the pictures are exactly what you get. The proximity to transit is great. We also felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

Raquel's place was great for a family to have separate sleeping spaces after long days site seeing. Her home was extremely clean and everything worked well. Great views of NYC from the light rail stop where you pick up the PATH to the World Trade Center. This place is a good value for staying in the area so we could see and do more in NYC.

The space is very nicely laid out, parking on the street was t a problem. The backyard is completely fenced in and that was a bonus!

I loved staying here , very clean and all needs were met. Great communication and very thorough instructions. No questions needed to be asked! Will book again! Thank you.

We loved staying here for our New York trip! Very easy to access the city, very lovely place with everything we could need (better than some hotels I’ve stayed at in manhattan). I would recommend this to any group of people looking for a great value for a great property.
