We had a great time at Jack’s place! It was such an easy walk to the bus stop which took us directly into New York City and we were able to find everything so easily. Staying in New Jersey and crossing over into New York was the best decision especially due to the view we got just down the street of the city! Checking in and finding the spot was easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would stay again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dianna’s studio, it had everything we needed and more including coffee, cooking utensils, toiletries and great local recommendations. The location is great for saving money with an easy commute on the PATH train into Manhattan. There is some occasional noises from the heating (resolves when heating turned off) and occasional street noise at night but ear plugs are thoughtfully provided.

Amazing location with cafes and bars and shopping all within a stones throw. Seriously amazing location. Everything is walkable. The apartment we were in was quaint and cozy and very old. It’s a place for those who don’t need much and find beauty in the simple. The shower situation is unique as it’s not a separate part of the bathroom. You’ll know what I mean when you stay here. The water was piping hot and only available at one temperature. But, it didn’t bother us much. Just be aware. All in all it was a great stay. I’d stay there again.

We had a great stay at Henry's place. The location was perfect for a quick 4 night/3 day NYC adventure with 3 teenagers. We opted to stay in NJ and travel into the city for our adventures. The location was absolutely perfect and a 2 minute walk to the train. The apartment was great for what we needed--a place to sleep. There was kitchen with appliances but we didn't use it. Literally slept and showered. The main queen size bed was comfortable. My teenagers did not enjoy the pull out couch--I would compare it to a hospital pull out bed that dad's sleep on after a child is born--not comfy but they made due. If there were more than 2 adults I would not recommend due to comfortability. It is a loud location on the weekends due to being across from the bar, but the bar played such great music, we enjoyed it! Great stay overall!

This is an amazing apartment and amazing host. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to NYC. The apartment is wonderful and charming and the stay feels like a high end hotel. The apartment has an excellent location in a quite and charming area (New York West), and the frequent buses nearby makes it easy to go downtown Manhattan. The unit is as described, now with a newly renovated bathroom, and it easily fits 4 or more people. The upper unit No 2 we stayed in also has a nice open patio where you can hang out and barbeque. Jose is an excellent host and he is very responsive and friendly. He was so kind to share details about how to best get to Downtown Manhattan, where to shop groceries etc. and were proactive with sharing how to enter the unit and parking garage. A superb experience all in all and we can highly recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Mignon‘ s apartment. It was pretty clean and spacious. The bus stop to New York was very near and easy to find. Express bus using NJ transit app was pretty helpful. Also, we appreciated the parking lot in front of the apartment. Thank you.

Great host, very helpful on instructions to get to on the bus. Flexible check out as our flight was later in the evening. Great location as was outside of the city but the bus journey was fast and we went past the manhattan skyline along the way. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time in Union City, at Dana's studio. Despite the cold, the studio was always well heated. The kitchen elements work very well and there was always hot water. The neighborhood is very quiet and we could walk our dog without problems or even take her out to go to the bathroom at 1 am, without feeling unsafe. Bus stops are very close and you can get to Manhattan in 20 minutes. Totally recommended!

We had an amazing stay for our first ever trip to New York. Nestor was helpful with any queries we had and pointed us in the right direction for using the public transport into New York. I would highly recommend staying in New Jersey as the bus links were fantastic for getting in and out of the city and to and from the airport. The apartment itself was perfect for our small family and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Once again, a big thank you to Nestor for hosting us.

Looks like photos and is clean and well maintained. Ample street parking & great location. Very responsive host and clear instructions.

Prior to arriving Yohanny provided us with plenty of useful information and we found the unit without any problems. The unit itself was comfortable and a short walk from the bus stop. If you’re worried about being too far from the city, you’re not. One direct bus ride takes you to Times Square.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for getting into Manhattan quickly. The apartment was perfect for our family, it had every amenity we could ask for, and was very clean. Yanet was such a wonderful and responsive host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend her and this property, and we will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Benjamin’s place was amazing! Very nice and modern. Great location that was walkable to nearby food and drinks. Benjamin himself was a wonderful host. Always very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

We had a great time at JP's place. The place was exactly as described with a beautiful view to Manhattan. It was easy to move to major attractions using the ferry and the bus.

A very beautiful place and I felt very comfortable there. I felt like it was my home. Despite the small size of the place, its beautiful and wonderful design makes it feel more spacious than you think. If I return to New York again, I will book here without thinking (: Its only drawback is the poor insulation. Whoever cannot sleep because of the sounds outside may suffer a little despite everything. Thank you for such a beautiful experience ❤️.
