Alan is a top notch Airbnb owner. He responds very quickly and is very accommodating. I had to change dates and edit my reservation and it was done within 10 minutes. Great spot with an amazing view, plus parks, spas, and a nice plaza close by. Overall, a great stay! The host was super responsive and always tried to help. The only hiccup was that it was freezing the first couple of days, but things warmed up eventually—mostly thanks to the weather. BUT if you’re driving, never block the downstairs garage, even for a quick drop-off. The neighbor downstairs is not friendly and actually threatened to call the cops when I was just dropping off food for my mom. There was literally nowhere else to park, so I left a quick note, but still—no luck. To avoid the hassle, get a visitor pass—the process is super easy, just five blocks away. And make sure to come back earlier than 10 pm, that way you can find some street parking.

We had alot of criteria for this trip, and Dan's home checked each box perfectly. It was a surprise 40th birthday trip with a total of 8 people. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably! The location was ideal: walkable to area restaurants, stores and the bus stop. We were in NYC by the bus within 15 minutes. Parking for our cars was easy at the garage that is visible from the apartment building. Dan is very responsive and helpful with each and every question!!! We hope to stay again!

We had a great stay at Emma’s place, location is great with buses every 10min to New York , neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

Wonderful house in a lively though quiet neighbourhood. Wonderful Manhattan skyline views from the riverside promenade (a few step away from the house). The house Itself is clean, modern and fully equipped. Comfortably accommodates 8. Our kids were delighed to find some toys from the landlord’s daughters. The house is fully furnished and also ideal for families whishing to enjoy a home away from home. Many restaurants in a walking distance for those who prefer to explore food from different cultures. Benjamin is very kind and prompt to respond to any requests. I would definitely suggest this solution as a base to explore the big apple avoiding the bugs!!!

We stayed in Wilders place for 4 nights and it was perfect. Wilders communication was swift and helpful. His directions from JFK Airport to his door were spot on! We were a bit hesitant about staying out of the city centre but it was so much better than staying in an overpriced hotel with constant sirens and car horns going through the night! Instead Wilders place is situated in quiet Weehawken, a lovely residential area. The bus stop which accesses the city centre is 1 minute walk from the front door! The place itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Airbnb with a breathtaking view of the New York City skyline! Yojaira’s place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Most importantly very close to NYC. Parking was a bit challenging as the street parking was always full. We found a parking spot on the street that was a few minutes of walking distance at only $4/day. We didn't move the car the entire weekend as we did not want to deal with find another parking spot. We used Uber and had no trouble getting around. We were very comfortable in her place with my wife and two adult children. Both kids had their own bedroom, which was very convenient. The location was ideal as well—close to everything with public transportation just a short walk away. Yojaira was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay close to NYC, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Pilar and her husband are fantastic hosts—friendly and approachable, always offering great tips. The apartment is super easy to reach via NJ Transit buses (lines 128, 165, 166) running every 10 minutes to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Just grab an OMNY card, and you're set to explore NYC! Tip for traveling to New Jersey via Port Authority: The terminal has many gates, but only Gates 212 and 325 matter. From 5 AM to 10 PM, use Gate 212; from 10:01 PM to 1 AM, use Gate 325. Super easy! The bus ride, including a short walk, takes max. 30 minutes. And the view from the bus stop? Absolutely breathtaking! I’d book with Pilar again in a heartbeat. Simply amazing—thank you for the great experience and safe home base!

merry was such an accommodating and helpful host. the place was so clean and exactly as described. she was beyond helpful with arranging a parking space for us during our stay. very safe and great space to stay if you don’t want to stay in the busy city and you’re open to traveling to the city and back as it’s fairly fast and easy.

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

Ricks place was truly beautiful! A home that I want my apartment to be just like, Rick was really accommodating and welcoming. The area is quiet and I had a peaceful stay and definitely will look forward to stay in this listing the next time I visit NY. The path and other methods of transportation are nearby and makes for a fun time!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it was great as usual! Joe was responsive and helpful. The room was clean and easily accessible. We will definitely be back at Joe’s place!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Always a pleasure to return! My parents stayed this time and enjoyed a “staycation” They were able to relax and enjoy every moment!!!! The number one place to stay in Sussex NJ!!!!
