Vacation rentals with a pool in Hawaiian Paradise Park

Beautiful home, well maintained. Host was very proactive and even let us know that the area the home was had a power outage prior to our arrival which fortunately resolved by the time we arrived. Pool was a great temperature for dipping into after laying in the sun. Spacious living area. We would happily stay there again.

Michael’s place is very accommodating with all the amenities described. My family travelled from several different locations to be together here and it all worked perfectly. I was bummed that the other visiting guests not staying there could not use the pool, but I understand the liability and respect the rules. All in all, it was a wonderful trip!

This property is a true slice of paradise! Very comfortable and well equipped for those who love to cook. We enjoyed shopping at nearby farmers market and trying out new recipes. The swimming pool area is the star of the show. Beautiful natural surroundings and great for cooling off during the hot afternoons.

Beautiful home and wonderful host. We had everything we needed or could ask for. Mari was a perfect host answering any questions, providing many local recommendations and even met us at checkin to show us her home. The view was magnificent, opening the doors in the morning and sipping on coffee on the deck watching the sun rise was my daily ritual. It was a nice surprise to have chairs and snorkeling equipment available to us. Grocery and Walmart minutes away for quick pickup items. The must see sights were just 10-20 minutes away. We visited the caves, snorkeling in the bay, national park and the gardens.

Beautiful, quiet property with stunning ocean views. It was perfect for our family of 5 and has great access to many of the activities on the east side of the island.

Our group of 10 stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The house was super spacious, clean, and comfy—plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were big pluses and made the stay feel easy and homey. The neighborhood was quiet and full of nature, with long roads perfect for a morning jog—I loved running along the scenic volcanic coastline. Communication with Diana was smooth and friendly, a big contrast to a previous host I’d contacted. She even had someone meet us to give a quick tour, which was really helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome bonuses, but what really sold me was the space and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

This hale was one of the most beautiful rentals we’ve stayed at on the BI. The sound of the waves, birds, and even hearing boars in the distance was so refreshing. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. Such a peaceful place. Mrs. Joleen was a great host who showed great aloha. Mahalo for your generosity and kindness. Mike and Kim were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Although they live in the property, they respected our privacy. House was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 week stay. The pool was incredible, which our kids and us frequently enjoyed. It was hard to leave and hope to be back again.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! LOVED this location and the unit! Gorgeous views of the adjacent park from the lanais and a great place for morning walks or runs. I also really appreciated the extra touches — the welcome basket, yoga mats, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Great value. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was just as pictured and was really beautiful, clean, and modern. It was conveniently located within a short drive to the downtown Hilo area where there are plenty of shopping and dining options. We were also short drives to several beaches. Our host, Linda, provided clear instructions on how to reach and access the condo and was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Hilo.

My daughter and I came for my son’s UH Hilo graduation and I invited her Dad to stay with us as well. The 3 of us really enjoyed Liza’s place. The kitchen is fantastic- really modern & extremely well equipped. We appreciated the large fridge with filtered water & ice in the door. 2nd bathroom was very handy when we were all getting ready. Location is only 5 min drive to downtown or less. I really can’t think of any negatives or items to be aware of - it was better than described, one of the best places we’ve stayed. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Garbage was easy to find. We didn’t use complex’s laundry either so I have no comment about that. I was surorised that we didn’t hear much from the other units. It’s a quiet building and everyone we passed was friendly. If you’re sleeping in the primary suite, be forewarned there is noise from the road below which gets loud at times. I messaged her twice with Qs and she replied super quickly. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb accommodations. This condo is the best. It it's perfect for one or two people it they aren't sharing beds. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. I have been here multiple times and I am very comfortable here. Restaurants, market, and beaches are close and easy to access. I love staying here. Thank you!

Great place to stay!! Nice beach/park area right next door and close enough to town but far enough to be out of the bustle of town. Great decor and a very secure place for anyone!!

I wish we could've stayed longer! What a wonderful place to relax! Sitting on the patio or in the pool, and listening to the waves on the shoreline, was amazing! Sonja and Alex were so friendly and helpful - it felt like staying with family. They thought of everything to make the accommodations perfect! We will definitely be back!
