House vacation rentals in Harrisonburg

We booked this house for a family Christmas celebration and wedding. The living area was spacious and worked well. The kitchen is well stocked if a little cramped. We saw one review that an additional TV in the main living room would have been nice. We knew we would want to watch football so we brought one - only to find out that a second TV had been placed in the living room! The beds were comfortable. MIranda was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions or requests. The entry and checkout instructions were very clear.

This was our second time staying at Kim's place. We love it! It's well-equipped for families, comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and close to Massanutten activities. We will be back!

Our family came to ski at wintergreen and this was a great place to stay! Only 30 minutes from wintergreen, plenty of space for all of us and the hot tub was wonderful after a couple long days on the mountain! Comfortable and clean

Great place to stay if visiting the downtown mall area. Quick walk. Lots of places to eat. House was super cute and comfy. Bathroom is very tight and cannot fit more than one person at a time. Kitchen had everything we needed. My husband loved all the labels.

This home was ideally located in the Belmont neighborhood walkable to great restaurants and shops and close to all the main attractions in Charlottesville. The house had great character with lots of artwork and plants. Very intentional and eclectic in the best of ways. The hosts were responsive especially when we had trouble getting the key out of the lockbox and also going the extra mile to mail us a hat that we accidentally left at the house. I highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again.

This is by far the finest AirBnB I have stayed at in Staunton. It is cozy and immaculate. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking and dining. The neighborhood is quiet. I will definitely stay here again. It will always be my first choice for Staunton.

Great and communicative host. We were at the resort all day and it was great to come back to their property to rest, cook dinner and sleep! The beds were comfy and they had a great movie selection to choose from! We had a lovely stay.

This was our second stay at Pigs in a Blanket and it didn’t disappoint! We love the location and the coziness of the home. The bunk room is great if you have a bunch of kids. 😂 There are toys, games and books for the kids, as well as a highchair. We’ve been to other houses without these amenities and they really help when traveling with children! The location is incredibly peaceful. Kitchen is very well stocked with all the little things. We look forward to coming back!

This is a fantastic place if you wish to enjoy a few days surrounded by beautiful views and with access to all amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The hot tub view is priceless and the house location if very private. 200% recommended.

I just wanted to say Charlotte was amazing! She gave tips and recommendations, on where to shop and eat and she responded quickly when I had questions. The house was amazing and we had a great time skiing and relaxing in the hot tub! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll 100% be booking this house again, best trip I’ve had since my honeymoon! Amazing place to stay. Pictures did not do it justice. Hosts are amazing and thought of every last detail you could possibly need during the stay. Even plowed the driveway after the snow and helped us check road conditions to ensure we had a safe drive home.

We had a wonderful family weekend over Thanksgiving in this comfortable home in the moutains at Wintergreen. Our goal was to stay in, play board games, watch movies and make memories...and that's just what we did. The wood-burning fire place was our favorite and there was plenty of firewood to keep it going all weekend. The large kitchen and family room was perfect for our family of five to gather and connect. Everything we needed was there and the host was responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Really fun touches and really great for a large group. We had more than enough beds and spaces to hang out, and the large dining table was great for eating together and playing games. The area is stunning and we were lucky enough to get snow, which made it so magical. If you’re planning to ski/snowboard, it is so convenient yet still very secluded feeling. James is a great host, extremely responsive and proactive in making sure we could reach him and had all the info we needed. Great experience.

The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The hot tub, fireplace and PS4 added the perfect touch! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed! The house was spotless! We would definitely book this place again!!!

Lindsey's place was fantastic. We stayed over a snowy weekend and the house was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was great in the snow, too! The kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook the whole time. And, Lindsey arranged for the driveway to be plowed almost as soon as the snow stopped. Thanks so much!

Misty’s cabin was a great place to spend a weekend in the woods. Though a slight issue arose upon our arrival, they were extremely communicative and had the issue fixed in a timely manner. The cabin itself has a stunning view of the mountains and feels secluded. We would definitely return.

We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

We had a great stay at Barbara’s home. We were there over the week of Christmas and Barbara had a tree and decorations. We appreciated it so much. The house looked very festive. The house is big! We had lots of space to spread out. The hot tub was well used as well as the games and tables in the basement. The area around the house is beautiful and Barbara gave us a tour of their sheep farm and invited us to walk around the property. We did that and enjoyed our walk along the creek to the river. If you are looking for a peaceful place for a group, this will suit you and Barbara is a wonderful host.

Susan’s farm house was perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for multiple families and kids. All of the spices are very large and honestly it’s better in person than in the pictures. We would recommend it to anyone and return again! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need. And it was great being right on the winery.

Sarah was a gracious host and everything was just as described. The home is spacious and there was plenty of parking, places to hang out, play games or just relax. The Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in the home. The oven was not working but we preferred to get out and did not plan to cook during our short stay. Lots of great options for wineries, grabbing coffee in town or bite and Sarah had great recommendations for dinner. Also, a few great breweries are nearby the home. Beautiful sunset / sunrise and so quiet and private. Charlottesville was a quick 25-30 min. drive to spend the day in town or at Monticello. Thank you for a great stay. Hope we can return soon.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a gorgeous home with a stunning view. All we wanted to do was relax and take in the scenery. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. The hot tub was immaculate. The home still smells and looks brand new. Dog friendly home, equipped with dog beds, bowls, and toys. Every bedroom had a comfortable bed and had privacy. The pictures don’t even begin to show how beautiful this Airbnb is. Stargazing at night from the hottub was unforgettable, lots of shooting stars here. You won’t regret booking! We can’t wait to stay again with family during the summer. Hosts were also kind and communicative. Highly highly reccomend!
