This was the perfect place to stay with our toddler for a quick getaway to Charlottesville! Kim was an amazing and helpful host, and the space was clean and in a beautiful area. Highly recommend!!

This home is gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop. So peaceful with an outstanding view. Fire pit was great! Sally had all we needed to have a fire in the fire pit. The lower level, where we stayed is lovely! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We only stayed one night. Would love to go back.

Highly recommendable. A superb place to hide away from city's hustle and bustles. Tom and Barbara were most helpful and responsive - property is very nicely kept with perfect interiors and everything that you would need to stay there. Natural surroundings welcome you as soon as you open windows or step out of the Guest Suite. The issue with google maps has been resolved as it directed us to the right place (previous reviews had it leading to a nearby house). We tested Apple maps also (just in case) but that landed us about 2 miles away so Google maps is best to reach here. Fire pit is extremely big which can probably be made smaller as large fires are not as enjoyable as a smaller ones. Overall a great place which I would want to book again in the future.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Mountaintime Magic, and really enjoy coming back to visit. The location is a lovely and peaceful slice of the valley just south of Charlottesville, and truly is a magic location. Rich is extremely welcoming and friendly, check-in is always easy and the area is cozy and comfortable. There are some wonderful amenities that go with the rental and a beautiful outdoor area to relax in. The highlight is for sure the location and the host, five stars all around.

I was only passing through but had a great stay here! Kelsey was quick to respond and was very accommodating of my last minute plans. She also has many beautiful houseplants which makes the space cozy!

Chucks’s place was just what we were looking for. The space was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Chuck was promptly responsive to our questions and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time getting out of DC for the weekend and going to the local breweries and wineries. Communication with Michael and Elizabeth was fast and helpful. Beautiful space. Felt very clean and homey. Got to enjoy some quiet. Highly recommend!

We stayed with a 10month old and 3yr old and we liked that there wasn’t a lot of clutter for them to pick up and get into. It was clean for them to crawl and roam around and the host was more than helpful with anything we had needs of. Which were a lot of needs. We would certainly recommend them. We would note a sink would be helpful but other than that it was plenty of what we needed and wanted. The host you can hear walking upstairs but we knew to expect that from there discription and our kiddos had no issues with it. The couch and tv was especially comfy. Thanks for the stay!

What a fantastic place! I stayed with my partner and a couple of friends at Gigi’s farm for my birthday/NYE, and we had a great time—excellent communication with Gigi and Mike, beautiful property, great amenities, and thoughtfulness in every detail. We were extremely thankful for the extra gifts to make our New Year’s celebration memorable. We’ll be back, and we have already shared this listing with others who need a nice escape from DC. Great location to Massanutten for a reasonable price -- we only stayed one night but booking and checking in were a breeze. Seriously appreciated the simple short list of check-out tasks, all things I would have done regardless. Decor was simple but appealing. Linens & towels were nice quality and overall the space was clean & comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again!

Wow! This was an amazing apartment! To me, it was better than one of the many high end hotels out there. It was cozy, comfortable and Donna and Robert were very friendly as well as welcoming. I will definitely stay again when visiting family in the Valley!

The Valentine House is an awesome spot in C'Ville. 5-6 blocks from the mall and historic district. Two families with youngsters visited on a chilly January weekend. The place is definitely cozy for 7 people. But the common areas around the property helped those of us getting antsy. Overall, a great spot. Would highly recommend!

This is a hideaway in the 8 miles from stores etc. the property is set up with multiple places to stay - and has retreat center opportunities which we did not explore. Nice place to get away from the hustle of life.

This air b&b was very spacious. me and four other guests stayed there for two nights and we all had the space we needed and more. The hosts were also very attentive and made sure we were informed of everything we needed to know about the air b&b and also they provided us with extra activities to do around the area to make our stay enjoyable!

Smooth and easy stay! Parking right in front. Fenced in front yard, and was perfect for our needs. Very close to everything in Charlottesville. 10/10 would def recommend.
