My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Jennifer’s place was so cute and worth revisiting. From the quiet neighborhood,easy access,clean apartment, and the amazing mattress, I give it a 10/10. The only thing I would have loved to see was a full body mirror but other than that our stay was great!

If you are thinking of booking this place, just book it! It is by far one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. The house was very comfortable from the living room furniture to all the beds. Very clean house, and the kitchen has all the amenities you'll need to make a few meals during your stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. And then the view.... the full floor to ceiling windows out the back for a view of the lake was amazing. The back porch with string lights and ceiling fans made the space a great place to hang out. Having the separate casita with the extra bedroom allowed for the 3 couples we stayed with be able to spread out a bit. Kate was a great host, very flexible with our travel times and always responsive.

Absolute wonderful host was always willing to work with us with our check-in and our check out. This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this location. We have rented out the other side. Both are beautiful both are well-maintained. Wonderful location, great restaurants, nearby, including barbecue, a local brewery and a five-star breakfast place within walking distance.

Our stay was fantastic, Nadiya and her husband were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive, friendly, and provided all the basics that someone could need. The house was comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere, pictures do not it justice. Nadiya also provided a ton of toys and items for our children to play with during our stay. The balcony and backyard were fantastic for enjoying the weather. We had a month long stay and it was easy to make the house feel like a home away from home. We absolutely will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
