Sleeps up to SIX (6) people but only FOUR (4) ADULTS with two King Beds, and a Twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have connected bathrooms. 58" Roku TV in living room and 32" Roku TVs in each bedroom. Well appointed kitchen with just about everything you may need for your convenience. Coffee, tea, shampoo and soap are starter packs. We do not allow the sofas to be used as beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location beautiful view of the beach .Clean, up to date really appreciated three bedrooms with three sperate bathrooms and access to laundry within the unit 🫶🏽 Definitely will book again. I can never get enough of waking up to the view of the beach in the master bedroom which has its own access to the patio❤️

My family and I had a wonderful time it was the first time in many years we all stayed under the same roof for days at a time. We enjoyed the volleyball net and played for hours. When the TV wouldn’t connect Christopher was really responsive and came out to solve the issue and we were back on WiFi in no time. The kids loved the movie room and used the popcorn maker everyday. Love sitting outside on the patio or the swings on the porch. Would definitely come back here again. Thanks for a wonderful week

Our family trip with 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 5, 3, 2, 1) was a great success in large part to this great Airbnb! They were always extremely responsive and helpful above and beyond what was expected! Everything was as described and the guidebook was very detailed and helpful since we weren't familiar with the area. The location was perfect between multiple beaches as well as Pensacola and Orange Beach for restaurants and activities. Definitely recommend this as a great option for you and your family!

A great home in a great location with an outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. We had guests whose flights were coming in early and so we were able to check in earlier, which was great. The pool and outside kitchen, actually the entire outdoor space is inviting, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed the amenities. The home is beautiful, spacious and easily accommodates 10. They also take pets, even though we decided not to bring ours. We will always look to reserve here first for future Pensacola trips.

The Landing 105

Only thing I would recommend is adding some regular cups and glasses and definitely need more coffee cups. There is only a pod coffee maker. I happened to bring reusable coffee pods so I was good to go.
