The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

I love the place .

This was our third stay at Shelia's. Each time we have found Shelia to be highly responsive and extremely accommodating. The condo has everything we need for a family of 5 for a week at the beach. It's location being directly across the street from the beach is very convenient when taking multiple items from the condo to the beach for a day of beach bumming. I highly recommend Shelia and her condo for your beach vacation - just not the week we plan to be there next year. Brad L.

I used the home for my bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. Warm, charming, and elegant home! Laura was so wonderful and communicated instructions early! Great location to downtown Pensacola and beautiful views!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Condo just as described. Pool , hot tub, sand volleyball, tiki bar open every night. Music and karaoke. Close to beach (5 mins) close to restaurants.

Visiting family in Bear Point for Christmas. Was so convenient just around the corner. I was so happy I found out about Sandy Bottom!!

Beautiful house and location. Semi private just a minute walk to the beach. All the amenities you need in a home and minutes away from a dollar general and 25 minutes from a Walmart. Very peaceful at night and extremely comfortable beds. Would highly recommend. Our first family vacation in 18 years for our graduates. Thank you for the fun memories.

The bungalow getaway was the perfect place for our little family to make some memories! It was clean, super cute, and baby and pet friendly! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I had a great four-night stay at Olga’s condo in Perdido Key. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and just as advertised. We loved the easy beach access, relaxing pool and hot tub, and felt totally safe and secure. No issues at all—highly recommend!

Great Host and nice house to stay in.

Host Giri was extremely supportive and responsive. He was quick to respond to our queries and was very approachable. The place was awesome, it was close everything (literally), walmart, groceries, starbucks, dunkin donuts. Lao ocean was an excellent place for Thai and it is walkable from this location. The beach is just 10mins away, downtown is 15mins away. The house was pristine and spacious for 2 families. Plenty of space to park two cars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Pensacola, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The house is beautifully designed with impressively high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. All the appliances were in perfect working order, adding to the convenience and ease of our stay. The location is another standout feature, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short distance away. This made exploring the area and enjoying local attractions incredibly convenient. Overall, this property is in an excellent location and offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Pensacola.

Fantastic!! It is very quiet and Whitney is very friendly. We felt right at home. She was very pleasant to talk to and responds fast. Everything you need is within 10 minutes. You can get to Pensacola beach in 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better host and location.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

As a former housekeeper myself, Shanna's place is in PRESTINE condition, cleanliness is top notch I would give it a AAA, very organized, warm atmosphere, very roomy. I love the lay out of the house. Surprisingly eventho it's in a old neighborhood location it's very quite during most of the time especially at night which is very nice. Overall I highly recommend her place, planning to visit again soon.

There is not enough space here to let you know all the reasons to book this place. It was absolutely gorgeous. Made a perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. It was our home away from home. Felt very comfy from the minute we walked in. Temp was set perfect at 72. Backyard was very private. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Our last night there, my husband and I used the grill and we laid in the Hammock and watched the stars and the planes take off and built a little fire in the fire pit. This house had everything we needed. Thank you so much for the AMAZING cookies! We will definently be booking again in the future! Love, The Adams!

The accommodation was outstanding. The bathroom was spotless, the shower was large and lots of toiletries were supplied. The bed was large and really comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. We loved to sit out there as often as we could. We saw dolphins and lots of jumping fish. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Michelle supplied many extras to make her place feel like home. She really goes over and above to make her place perfect for anyone staying. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Michelle for all the advice on what was going on in Pensacola while we were there. Seeing the Blue Arrows at Fort Pickens was definitely a highlight for us.

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

The house is in the cutest neighborhood. Access to a biking/walking trail is just a couple of houses down. Just a couple minutes drive to beach access. Great location!
