Julia could not be warmer or more welcoming. Her place is beautiful — especially the courtyard in back. And it’s a great convenient neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back!

Ben was very responsive and hands on from our first communication right up until checkout. We had a couple extra people join us later on and he accommodated us. Gave clear and easy guidelines to follow to check in and out. The place was clean, WiFi worked well. Quiet but safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the stay and will be back if ever in NOLA again!

This house was everything we were looking for. It was in a good, quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were very quick to respond when we needed help and the house was awesome! The beds were so comfortable and the house was clean and spacious.

Apartment was great and nice inside! Very spacious, comfortable beds and sofas and clean bathrooms. The area was decent, quiet, and parking was very convenient right on the street out front. No worries about a million other cars out there and having to find a spot. The location was about 10 minutes away from the downtown tourist areas, like Bourbon st. and French Quarter. Overall I'd stay here again, and I'd reccomend to anyone else!

This is perfect home that gives the true NOLA culture. Great location in a quiet community. We will definitely stay here when we visit…

This place was small yet intimate. The bathroom was cleaned well. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a decent meal, clean linen as well, and towels, not anything cheap about this compared to the price. The washer and dryer were a plus for the amount of time we stayed. Everything provided in this Airbnb was of quality, Even down to the dish soap, and a nice broom that the host purchased upon my request Overall, great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. It was very clean and he did a great job of responding to my messages with questions both before and after we arrived. We thought it was going to be a bit closer to Tulane (and it is fine by car but not really by walking) but that's probably on us. Other than that, everything was fine. It was easy to get to the Quarter by car for our two dinner reservations.

Caroline's place was lovely and nicely furnished. Its quite spacious and light for a shotgun style home with 2 queen size beds to choose from - both very comfortable. There is a large TV in the front room, and a smaller one in a bedroom. Kitchen is adequately supplied. There is a backyard off the kitchen, and a little front porch with seating for 2. The apartment is in a family neighborhood about 3 blocks from an intersection of two street car lines, so you can easily get to City Park/Art Museum on one or to the French Quarter and River Bank via the other. Super market, drugstore and many good restaurants & coffee shops within a few blocks. Although the neighborhood streets had been torn up for a couple of years, those streets and sidewalks are now repaired. We felt safe and comfortable walking everywhere. Caroline is a great host and was in touch with us at several points during our stay making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was perfect weather and a perfect space for our family to connect and celebrate my birthday! There is so much around the neighborhood to do, shop and explore. Getting to places was easy because of connections with a great taxi guy right off the get go. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much. We felt totally at ease and comfortable in the home. Thank you so much.

We adored our stay at Alleshia’s! We walked to restaurants and to a gallery right around the corner. Plenty of space for us to hang in the living room and everything was as described! Very easy to communicate as well!

We had a great stay! Prime location, close to everything but far enough to get away from the action. Check in was seamless, communication was great. I had no complaints.

Great and comfortable home. We enjoyed the close proximity to great restaurants. The host was very responsive and friendly. Only thing we found concerning was the street parking as there was lots of trash and holes on the road, but other than that, it was an amazing stay and if we go back to NOLA, we will definitely look into staying here again.

Fantastic location, walkable to Whole Foods, Walgreens and many restaurants and bars. One off street space provides convenient parking. Our family had a great stay.

I am struggling to find the words to adequately compliment this listing and these hosts. This place was unfathomably wonderful! Even better in person! Thoughtfully designed and decorated. Upscale and traditionally elegant, but also modern and fun. The heated cocktail pool was the best part! Worth. Every. Penny. We'll definitely be coming back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Var's residence. The home was perfect for a large group and could comfortably accommodate everyone. Our host was very friendly and responsive to our questions as well as flexible with check in. I would definitely reserve this residence again in the future for New Orleans family gatherings.

I usually gauge a place based upon how much I want to return, and I am already missing it. Loved the neighborhood, the restaurant on the corner, and the dog park a little ways around the corner. A cozy place, perfect for a couple.

Great stay, great location, and very accommodating hosts, even allowed us to hang out an hour past checkout before it was time to board our cruise.

Nice quiet place with great neighbors. It is not suggested to walk to the ferry to cross to the French quarter although the house is 30 min walk away. Been advised not to by several people, for security purposes. Have to take Uber to be safe. The house itself and close neighborhood is safe. The host is flexible and proactive. Easy to communicate with and cooperative. Nice garden to enjoy. The pictures are not up to date. Better than the pictures since lots was renovated. Beds are very comfortable. Nice to have 2 king size beds. No table in the kitchen which would be nice to have so we can share a meal comfortably. Overall we appreciated our stay

Great location, close to Magazine St and an easy trolly or Lyft to the French Quarter. It’s on a busier street but still quiet inside. The house has basic amenities. Issac was super reasonable with an early check-in and quickly responsive when the house wasn’t stocked with soap.

Easy to get to, centrally located cozy spot by the bayou. nice little kitchen and decorated with new Orleans stuff. It's next to a church so you'll hear some bells but it didn't bother us.

There was slight misunderstanding from my part where i thought our checkout day on the other day due to which we couldn’t clean the place. But here is a feedback the place is much prettier then the photos . It was clean and andrea had all the information laid out for us. It was a pleasant stay

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding reception for the weekend as a stay-cation in the city! This was the perfect little getaway spot. The clawfoot tub was definitely our favorite spot!

Nice quiet and local spot… can walk to yoga, coffee shop, and eateries… very nice!
