We had an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE stay!! The house had plenty of space for our large family and the beds were so comfortable even our parents slept well. The fenced-in backyard with pool/hot tub and screened in porch was absolutely spectacular - a quiet/private oasis that we spent many hours enjoying. Particularly impressive since the house is just blocks from the very best music in the city! Joshua was an excellent host - responsive in minutes and so kind (he even turned on the fountains early so my son could play). Well worth the price - we’re eager to stay here again soon!!

The home wast amazing, and Mrs. Sheena was a fantastic host. We had seven adults, a 16 y/o, 12 y/o, and four under 6 and we had plenty of space. Unless we were seeing the sights, or the few times the weather was bad, we were in the breathtaking back yard. Pool, speaker, and light functions for the outdoor space were easy to understand. Mrs. Sheena was extremely helpful and responsive and provided amazing recommendations. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Sheena for an amazing trip.

A perfect home base for NOLA adventures. The house is so beautiful and the historic charm sets the perfect mood for a fun and colorful experience in The Big Easy. The location is absolutely perfect for those who want to be close to incredible bars and restaurants that the locals love, enjoy the party atmosphere the city is known for, but also have somewhere quiet and relaxing to come home to. The spa was a fantastic way to relax and unwind to balance out the high energy of exploring all NOLA has to offer. The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I travel a ton and have stayed at dozens of AirBnBs, and this one was by far the best accommodations I’ve ever had. Would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful place! Be aware the parking is very tight, back in if you can. Also, it is New Orleans, do not expect lush scenery or a safe neighborhood. However, you are under lock and key, parked behind a gate and there are security cameras. The hot tub is great! The house is great! Easy entry, great communication! The king size bedroom be aware the ac unit kicks on and off all night right outside the door. Earplugs are an easy fix. Too, the store on the corner....people hang out on the street at the corner. It isn't the safest part of town, but great if you aren't looking to hang outside. Of course upon leaving, there was a lady passed out in front of the house. Like I said, it is New Orleans...just be safe, greatest place you can stay in that area in my opinion (from a previous local who comes home often).

Absolutely amazing! Went for a little staycation and it was perfect. House was so cozy and private with great amenities. Loved it so much we extended our stay a day. Area felt safe and super close to all the fun things to do in NOLA. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb made our vacation! We were a group ranging in ages from 5 to 75 and the house made it easy for us to both gather (around tables inside and out) as well as spread out when we needed more space. Exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were big pluses. There's a lot of change / rebuilding going on in the immediate vicinity, but we felt safe. It was great to have the street car just 2 blocks away and to be a 10 minute uber drive to so many other parts of the city.

Our large group came down for the Tulane football game on Thanksgiving. We loved this location because it was walkable to St. Charles (close to downtown) and an easy drive to the university. We loved the modern, multi-level home with so many spaces to spread out. The private rooftop with a view of the city was the best gathering space. The shared backyard area was beautiful, too. We were surprised at how quiet it was being so close to downtown. We would definitely rent this again.

Beautiful historic home that is very clean and well maintained. So many restaurants, bars and stores nearby. Lively area but we had zero issues with noise. Beds and rooms are extremely comfortable.

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a dining table, perhaps on the 2nd floor, so families have a space to sit together for meals. Other than that, everything was exceptional! This house was even more beautiful in person. The rooms are big and beautifully curated. The home is in a pretty central location with a lot of new housing construction going on. The only downside is there is a club that is close to the back of the property and normally you don’t notice it when you are awake but the second we all went to sleep the bass from the club kept a lot of us awake throughout the night. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms not being cleaned but Marcia and Michael fixed it and immediately sent cleaners over. Over all this is one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in.

We went to New Orleans to watch a Saints game with a party of 10 people. This charming historic house was within walking distance of the Superdome and massive, easily accomodating us all. It was very nicely furnished, very clean and the kitchen in particular was fabulous. As a bonus there was also secure off street parking for two vehicles. The neighborhood appears to be gentrifying in a positive direction and is close to a major road which provides a little background noise but also easy access to the property. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks Michael & Marcia.

Really a great experience all around! Super responsive and helpful host, great pool, comfy beds, and super walkable to everything in the Marigny. Highly recommend!

We rented this townhome for a work retreat and it was perfect for everyone. Ample space in the kitchen and common areas for gathering and private spaces for retreating and resting. Everything was thought of and labeled well and the hosts were responsive and attentive. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is headed to New Orleans.
