Some of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in at an AirBnB. Easy to communicate with, and perfect local. Extra stars for a grocery store across the street. Will definitely be back.

My stay at Irelis and David's place was more than I could expect. The apartment was just as the listing, and the neighborhood is beautiful and I felt very safe. It is the perfect location, and totally walkable to Frenchman St, the French Quarter, Jackson Square, Canal Street and St. Louis Cathedral, I walked everywhere. They were extremely attentive and always inquiring about my stay, I couldn't ask for better host. They even brought me a French press and coffee which they had left at the door when I arrived from a walk from Frenchman Street, I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I was pleasantly surprised by the gesture. Check in was very easy and the apartment was lovely, just as it was in the listing, it was very clean, and I felt at home. I honestly could not ask for anything more, I felt as comfortable walking at night, as I was in the day. I would totally recommend staying at Irelis and David's place, and if I make a another trip to New Orleans, this is the place where I want to stay

We had a great time in this unit. Great location for Frenchman St music! Perfect for a couple. The bed was firm and very comfortable!! View of the park out of the balcony doors was lovely in the quiet morning... music could be heard and enjoyed at night. Just some things fellow travellers should be aware of: There's a substantial number of stairs to get to the door, so be aware if you have walking difficulties. Also, no included parking (we didn't have a car). River line Trolley is a 5 minute walk. French Quarter is a 10 minute walk. Canal St.- 20 min walk. TV is Internet streaming-only, so we couldn't watch live events like Thanksgiving Parade and NFL football games.

We enjoyed our stay. the place was very clean, spacious, and located in a quiet area. Anthony communicated very well with detailed instructions prior to our check in. Everything was exactly as described.

Thanks to the accurate photos of this location, our group was aware we’d be fitting 7 people into one long room with one bathroom. However, this unit was perfect for us! We had two people in each large bed, one in each twin, and one on a couch. The two best parts of our stay here were the location (both Bourbon St and Frenchman were within walking distance, without our street being excessively loud) and the responsiveness of the hosts. Our original door code wasn’t working, but we were able to get into the unit with quick help. When we didn’t have enough towels or sheets, we were able to easily obtain more. The cooking utensils in the kitchen were a bit sparse so we had to get creative with our pancake breakfasts, but we made it work! The floors were somewhat dirty (the soles of our feet and socks turned black) but the furniture/beds/bathroom were all clean. Loved the high ceilings and big windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds! Both the murphy and the sofa bed! Clean! They decorated for Halloween/Autumn which made my day! Halloween Candy treat and bottled water! Fully stocked cabinets. Didn't see it listed in the info, but there is a hair dryer and an ironing board. Washing/dryer off of courtyard area. Felt safe! No noise! Would be nice to have a little more light near the dining area but was still great. Excellent communication from hosts. No lengthy check out list which is so nice! Loved our stay here! Would recommend and would stay again!!

This was our second stay at this property and it was great once again. The place has everything you could need in the kitchen, a comfy bed (not too hard or too soft!), bath is large and shower is perfect. Good location - coffee shop a half a block away. This will continue to be our go to place when we visit family in New Orleans. Thanks Michael !

Great location, but still quiet despite being so close to the action.

I traveled with my two kids, wife, and dog to New Orleans for a week and found Dan's home to be a great fit for us. It was close to everything we wanted to see. Dan paid attention to details like having laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, a kitchen with all needed cooking tools, and comfortable beds. Dan left us with great suggestions for places to go in the city. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and even made a fire one night for kids to roast marshmallow. thanks for being a wonderful host Dan. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in the future.

Judy was great. Super communicative and easy to work with! Parking was a bit of a difficult thing to navigate, but other than that was a perfect stay. 5/5!

We had an excellent stay for our group of 8. The hosts were very communicative and the home was spacious, as described, and in a fantastic location. Would stay here again if needing multiple bedrooms in the area. thank you!

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean. Ample towels/linens and basic supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods/dish soap and toilet tissue. Easily walkable to Bourbon St and French Quarter, SuperDome, SO many great restaurants and the Trolly. Very comfortable beds. Quiet location/surroundings. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, secure and well cared for space placed in the middle of New Orleans in a safe area. Easy to walk to and from when going out to see attractions.

This is an awesome condo nestled between Severn and N. Arnoult. This will be my go-to spot to stay when I visit from now on!

The house is located in a great neighborhood. Walkable, safe, and lots to do. We also took the street car all over the city from this house. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect location!! Super clean when arrived. Did not get the chance to check the gym or pool, but this apartment is now on my favorites list. Shared with several friends as well, HIGHLY recommend this beautiful apartment!!

Sonny was an amazing host. I had a few minor complaints and Sonny was on top of it. Communication was amazing. The place was very nice and clean. Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay! There were clear instructions from check-in to check-out. I loved we had an indoor garage. The patio was great for getting outside in the morning without having to leaving home. It was very peaceful and not to much noise. Overall amazing experience, I’d definitely stay again!

The location is ideal for the French quarter and to go to a football game. Bed was very comfortable, and extra pillows and linens were there if needed.

This location is convenient to Canal Street, The French Quarter, and the river. The unit is well-appointed with lots of tech and anything you need for a short stay in NOLA. The hosts were very responsive when I needed something and were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend :)

The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the streetcar station on Canal St. Everything was as expected. Host sent clear instructions on how to check in and enter the unit, and provided local recommendations.

We absolutely loved our long weekend stay here! David was fantastic with his communication, making everything easy for us. His condo was not only beautiful but also super comfortable and spotless. The location couldn’t be better—there’s no need for a car at all! We enjoyed lovely walks to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and the grocery store. Plus, the streetcar pickup steps away on St. Charles made it so easy to explore Uptown and the Lower Garden District. Can’t wait for our return trip!
