It was conveniently located and just as it was described! Would definitely stay again.

Loved the high ceilings and spaciousness of the apartment. Within walking distance of everything we needed. Annie was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We were are extremely pleased with the accommodations as traveling with 3 adult couples could be challenging. 3 en-suite baths for 3 couples was outstanding. The overall space was very comfortable and ideally located.

What a beautiful building and apartment! We had a great stay - beds were comfortable, the furnishings and decor were gorgeous, and there was plenty of room. We loved the location with its proximity to the Superdome, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby without having to venture to the French quarter, but the French Quarter was super close and a very quick, cheap uber when we didn’t feel like walking. Brittanie was also super responsive and accommodating when our plans shifted. Highly recommend!

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

Perfect location for walking anywhere in the New Orleans downtown area. We were there for the French Quarter Festival and it was easy to get to any of the venues. The place was clean and just as described. Lilia was very responsive when contacted for questions. It was fairly quiet at night as far New Orleans goes. The price seemed high, but due to the festival and location it was worth the price to us. Would stay there again for our next visit to New Orleans.

Second time at this place and it was as great as the first time. Great views on the water.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Downtown West Monroe, told my cousin to pick me up at Edges , the barbershop. He was a bit incredulous with me being bald and all. He gets his beard trimmed there. My other cousins get all their kids haircut there as well. They didn’t know about the Airbnb. So you walk through a barbershop filled with folks at the barbershop. The owners a transplant from NOLA, so apparently the town has embraced him and for good reason. The bakery across the street was da Bomb, courtyard on cotton art gallery had a great show of LA art. J-Mac’s sports bar was like stepping into a New Orleans locals hangout. Either bridge across the Ouachita river is an easy stroll to the Warehouse restaurant, or the Cotton exchange, and on the west Monroe side a Louisiana seafood joint lookin at Monroe across the river. The BBQ joint on Trenton st smelled right just didn’t have the time or belly to eat there. The WMPD’s detective unit is right across the street from the bakery and it shows. 5 stars all the way.

Great location, clean and secure. Location was within walking distance of everything. Communication was immediate and appreciated.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed the place. It was very comfy and felt like home. The location was perfect and made my birthday vacation even better. It was super close to everything but yet quiet enough. This unit was perfect for a 2 day stay for my husband and me when we had a wedding in town. The quiet and seclusion about 15 miles from the action on a weekend was appreciated. All inside was clean and comfortable.

We truly had a wonderful time! The place was great and very comfortable. It was beautiful! There was so much within walking distance, including the mall. We were in a good location and within 15-20 minutes to downtown New Orleans and the airport. Our family of 4 appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms as well. It was hard to tell from the picture what was surrounding the location, but there is plenty to do and great restaurants near-by. It was just an all-around great place for our stay. If we are back in the area, this would be our home away from home!!

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

This is the best location for any LSU sporting event or LSU campus visit. I love her attention to detail, she has everything laid out for you….it is self explanatory and we never had to reach out to her for anything. We didn’t get to spend much time at the condo as we were there for a weekend to bring our grandson to watch his first LSU baseball games…it was rainy weather the first day but if the weather would have been better it is easily within walking distance to any tailgating or game. It has an amazing pool right outside the front door. The condo is spacious, very comfortable, very safe area and it’s a gated complex. This is definitely our first pick for future games. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and Air BNBs while visiting NOLA, David’s place is a level above that is unmatched. David is an extremely knowledgeable and proactive host that did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He was very flexible and checked in on us throughout our stay. The condo was pristine, comfortable, and private. Any time I am back in the New Orleans area I will definitely be booking with David and one of his properties again. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Travis is the ultimate host. We were so impressed last year we came back again. The condo is absolutely lovely, the furniture to the paintings are immaculate. He is super responsive and helpful. Cannot recommend this place or Tavis enough, you will not be disappointed. The location is central to most locations and is one black from St Charles and the street car. There are good options to eat near and if you walk 10 mins you have even more or ride the street car. About the only thing I can say is its right beside the highway but you don't hear any noise inside so really... it wasnt a problem at all. Whenever we go back, we will for sure stay again because the service and value are very worth it.
