Very nice place to stay near the French quarter! We were there for a weekend and it had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and always reassured us we could contact them for anything. Definitely a place I 100% recommend very spacious and clean!

Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

Really great location, we walked to and from the St. Charles & 1st street car stop, great dining options just up the road as well. All you have to do is exit on to the street, turn left, and walk straight and you’ll see lots of great houses. Liked the space a lot

This stay was a steal for the price; walkable to food and attractions along magazine and Prytania streets.

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place! This home is within walking distance to a bunch of great shops and restaurants which we really appreciate. Our favorite restaurant, Shaya, was just around the corner! The place itself came equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We loved the set up of the Airbnb and it was perfect for us and our newborn. Casey was responsive to every message we sent, and all instructions were very clear. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Orleans!

Our stay at Katherine's home was wonderful. Close to Magazine Street which has several stores and eateries. A short Lyft ride into the French Quarter. The home had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated Katherine's quick responses and flexibility on early check-in and allowing us to keep our luggage at the home until our evening flight. Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for our 5 days/4 nights in New Orleans. The bnb was exactly how pictured. Very clean. Very close to everything. We had a blown light bulb and they dropped a bulb off quickly. We would happily book again if we visit NO again.

Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

We had a great stay here for the jazz festival. Within walking distance of the fairgrounds and great little coffee shops near by. Location was great for our stay. The air bnb itself looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Water pressure wasn’t the best but doable for all the other great features. Truly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect for us, we were in town for Jazzfest. Lenin and Daniel were both responsive and had great recommendations. The bed could be a bit more firm but that is my preference. The house had a fantastic restaurant on the corner, Luvi! It's a quaint and cute place, perfect for a couple's weekend!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

This home was exactly as described & in a great area…away from the bustle of the French Quarter, but nearby & a very close walk to Magazine Street (& the bus route) & St Charles (& the street car). Plenty of restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Home was quiet & the neighborhood felt very safe. I didn’t have many questions (except in regards to some additional recommendations) & I received a response very quickly. Would highly recommend & would definitely see if this home is available for our next trip to NOLA!

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

This was one of the comfortable airbnbs we have stayed in. Spacious apartment and the shower was large and beautiful with fantastic water pressure and temperature. Memory foam mattress and lovely pillows (not flat, not feather, not super thick!!!). Appreciated having a water boiler to make tea easily. The TV was a bit outdated and small, but did the job. Great communication with Jim. We loved waking up to the sound of singing, happy birds outside! ***this review above is for before our last night there, which we couldn't stay because a fire burnt the house severely and ruined almost all of our belongings with water and smoke...clothes, shoes, electronics, makeup, etc. But this is not the fault of the owner and I feel terrible for him, and for us, and wanted to write a review on how great the stay was before this tragedy.

A beautiful, home in a prime location. Everything on Magazine is at your fingertips and the porch sitting taking in the energy of New Orleans was a major highlight. Parking also available directly in front of home whenever we arrived. Excellent choice!

The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.
