Relax in our solar powered, private home in the St. Roch neighborhood. Recharge in the queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including locally made coffee and snacks. Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. Just 20 mins from the airport, 2 miles from Bourbon st. It has a walking score of 89/ biking score of 64. Only 4 blocks from the Magazine street corridor full of restaurants, boutique shopping, bars and coffee shops. Perfect for couples and friends. Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
