Thu's home is very creatively decorated and gives off a home away from home feeling. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was only a 20 minute ride to the airport and 15 minutes from the French quarter. Upon check-in the were a few issues but Thu and her brother were very responsive and personable. Everything was addressed in a timely manner and she did her best to accommodate any concerns. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The place was definitely more than i expected. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. This place felt like home. The location was very neighborly, and as described a short drive from downtown.

My 2 teenage sons and I loved our stay at Alaysha & Terence's place. Better than the photos! Clean and inviting. I appreciated the extra touches: coffee/tea station, waters in the frig, robes & bath slippers, as well an array of toiletries you may have forgot to pack. The game room was the highlight for my sons. About 20-30 mins from the French Quarter, it was fun to come back from a day of exploring to shoot a round of pool or beat my sons on the arcade games I grew up with. I look forward to staying at Alaysha & Terence's for my next trip to NOLA and will recommend to all my friends!

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Daniel has a binder with recommendations listed. I found that very helpful. The beds are comfortable. The back yard is perfect for relaxing and having a cup of coffee or a drink. It's a convenient location.

We had an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE stay!! The house had plenty of space for our large family and the beds were so comfortable even our parents slept well. The fenced-in backyard with pool/hot tub and screened in porch was absolutely spectacular - a quiet/private oasis that we spent many hours enjoying. Particularly impressive since the house is just blocks from the very best music in the city! Joshua was an excellent host - responsive in minutes and so kind (he even turned on the fountains early so my son could play). Well worth the price - we’re eager to stay here again soon!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bryan's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they put so much thought and effort into ensuring their guests feel comfortable and at home. The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could have needed for a perfect stay. They went above and beyond to provide thoughtful touches, like decorating the house to give it that warm cozy feel, snacks, and local recommendations. The location was fantastic and very convenient. The space was quiet and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. It’s clear the host takes great pride in their property and their guests’ experiences. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We stayed here for the first weekend of Jazz Fest and had a very enjoyable stay. The owner is perhaps a little too detailed and has maybe a few too many rules in his book, but we managed to stay out of trouble and had no issues. The beds were small, full size, but comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, but lacked any surfaces besides the sink to set things up. A small table would work wonders. The kitchen was modern and fully-equipped. The living room is large, though the furniture configuration is such that it’s difficult to comfortably watch tv for more than one person. The two wing back chairs in the living room are sideways to the TV and have no footstools, so they are not easy to sit in for long. The TV is probably too small for the room, but is serviceable. However, none of that matters when you have a delicious bakery just a few blocks down the street to start each day. I would stay here again.

I've been coming to Chalmette area now for going on 5 years now to fish. This is by far the nicest place I've stayed in the area. The space was everything you would hope for. Definitely booking this for next year.

Kim is always phenomenal! Anytime we visit Kim’s place we feel like family visiting. She is always so attentive! This particular time Kim went above and beyond. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and Kim assisted me in setting a small, cute & thoughtful Birthday Setup. It wasn’t a whole lot due to little time and spur of the moment but she made it happen snd he was very surprised and grateful. Kim, I can’t stress it enough. Everytime we are there you make our stay feel like we really belong and for that I thank you so much! If you’re looking for a reasonable, private, cute little spot in New Orleans this is the place! Perfect for baecations. Thanks again Kim! We’ll be back soon!

We had a great stay! Prime location, close to everything but far enough to get away from the action. Check in was seamless, communication was great. I had no complaints.

We so enjoyed our stay at Nola Rose—such a comfortable home, nicely decorated with New Orleans touches. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the living room was pleasant, and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoying our coffee in the morning. Caitlin was very responsive and welcoming. A very relaxing place to stay in New Orleans. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, quiet mid-city home-base with a comfy bed. I got there a day late due to some travel issues but Ian was communicative the whole time. Strongly recommend both Up&Adam + Biscuits & Buns on Banks. I will definitely try to stay here again on future visits.

Came down for a getaway for my anniversary and this place was so cozy and romantic . Lauren was super responsive everything had sticky notes which I so loved around the house perfect communication I will be booking again next time I come into town perfect location for restaurants etc

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The house had plenty of room for our group to settle comfortably. Anytime we needed anything (towels, soap, paper towels, etc.) they were provided quickly. The decor around the grounds was beautiful. The pool was very nice, especially since it’s heated. Check in and out were very smooth. The location was great! It’s in walking distance of a lot of great attractions and there is a street car that’s in close proximity. I’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and I’d stay here again!

ENORMOUS place, very bare bones but looks exactly like the listing and an excellent value for the price. Beds were super comfy. Marcus was extremely responsive to some small issues, and very responsive in general. This area of the Marigny is not the most exciting, but the walk to the French Quarter or other more interesting areas is only about 20 minutes. The back porch/garden is cute and would be perfect if there were some cushions. :)

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.
