We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the layout with plenty of room to hangout. The outdoor kitchen was great, and totally fine even on a rainy weekend. it was great to be so close to some of our favorite things in Fort Collins.

What an amazing find. So close to downtown. So many things nearby whether you want outdoorsy activities or want to shop on the strip. The house was perfect!

We loved our stay at this house! We had 7 adults and an infant, and the space worked great for us. We walked to New Belgium and downtown. While we were there, we had both sunny and warm and cool and rainy days. How nice to have a beautiful rooftop patio AND a cozy indoor fireplace to get us through both! I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the home was. Lots of glassware and dishes. Empty cupboards to store your own food. Large fridge. The laundry room area offers more storage, plus a nice half bath. Lots of on street parking as well as a garage space. We brought our own games, but there were quite a few available. I had a few questions before our stay, and the host offered almost instant replies. I recommend!

This home is a great oasis near bustling Old Town Fort Collins. After a day of shopping and exploring a multitude of boutiques and restaurants it was great to have a private place to come back to in a quiet neighborhood. The firepit and hot tub were a bonus. Three adults is definitely the max for this house in terms of total space and the ceilings in the bathrooms are low due to the design of the house. But the updates, lighting, privacy, host and location are amazing.

This was the perfect fit for my family to enjoy for a college graduation we attended. As soon as we walked in we were in love with the setup and decor. The place was immaculate and clean, with a modern feel. The beds were so comfy and the backyard was beautiful and a great place for the dogs to run around. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place! We enjoyed the house as a base camp for graduation. House was clean, relaxing and had great amenities including coffee and creamer. We loved the hot tub as well as comfortable beds! Will be back!

This home was in a very peaceful neighborhood and close to our family in town. The layout of the house allowed for privacy when sleeping and using the bathroom. The yard, patio and hot tub area was peaceful, private and beautifully landscaped. The spacious dining room accommodated our large extended family for meals and games. Our family appreciated the two different rooms for family wanting to watch TV. After all, you can only watch the Minecraft movie so many times :)

Colleen was super responsive and her place was cute, clean and just what we needed while in town for a wedding! Would absolutely recommend.

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

The perfect location!! A short walk to everything and anything you could want in the downtown Fort Collins area. Tim was a wonderful host and the condo itself was a home away from home!

This unit was perfect! It is close to everything and is easily walkable. The unit is nicely decorated and fully equipped. The linens are high quality. The view from the balcony is beautiful and yet you are steps away from Old Town. I highly recommend staying here. Andi is a wonderful host.

The place was a cozy apartment near CSU. Full kitchen, nice bedrooms. it was pretty quiet being near the college and Yum Yums restaurant is around the corner. She has completed Colorado puzzles on the walls where you can sign in while you are there-great touch to the place.

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We used this as a "home base" for exploring RMNP and surrounding area. Perfect to accommodate family of 5 with three adult children for a quick Mother's Day trip.

Chute little place. Smaller than expected but we made it work. It was very clean and the host was very responsive.
