Very neat place that welcomed us and felt like home. Close by downtown Loveland, so no need to drive anywhere. Also the hot tub was a plus. Highly recommend, and if you have any special needs, the host will go out of the way to accommodate them. Thank you!

Marda and Joe make you feel like family--maybe even best friends! The thoughtful touches to welcome you to their home and the whimsical, humorous, and colorful art and decorations make you feel like you are staying in someones home you have known for years. What a sweet place! Their generosity to share what they have is so great when you are on the road. Marda warned us about a nesting robin out the back door and, as bird lovers, it was an enjoyable activity to watch the residents of the nest come and go. It was such a busy CSU graduation week that we didn't have nearly enough time to enjoy the Love Shack but it was the perfect place for our family to stay for the celebrations.

Some of our extended family stayed at Adam's place as we had two houses to accommodate all. They were at first concerned that it appeared to be a basement apartment but were very pleased once entering. With small garden windows the space is bright. My sister-in-law described it as one of the nicest (finely appointed) Air B&Bs she's stayed in. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything (utensils, pots, pans, spices, dishes, soaps, towels, even cotton pads, dental floss and snacks) one could need, more so than the other place we rented. If it weren't for the stairs and older relatives, we would have gathered here more as the kitchen and table were larger as well. Bedrooms were clean and well-appointed. Adam sent recommendations of things to do when we booked but we didn't have a lot of time to explore Loveland as we were there for the CSU graduation. It was an easy drive to campus.

We had a great stay! Jeanna’s place was clean, spacious, and only an hour drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This was, by far, one of our favorite stays. The home is beautiful, with a rustic charm to it. The beds are super comfortable, the vinyl collection was fun to look through and listen to, and while we didn’t use the outdoor patio, it was fun too! (Little too chilly when we were there for patio sitting). Anthony was extremely flexible with our stay (I booked the wrong dates). Check in was super easy. Anthony is proactive in communication and has fast response times. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

This was the perfect fit for my family to enjoy for a college graduation we attended. As soon as we walked in we were in love with the setup and decor. The place was immaculate and clean, with a modern feel. The beds were so comfy and the backyard was beautiful and a great place for the dogs to run around. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a peaceful getaway is quiet, clean, private, and close to hikes and the Mish. Just right for a weekend away.

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

The perfect location!! A short walk to everything and anything you could want in the downtown Fort Collins area. Tim was a wonderful host and the condo itself was a home away from home!

Perfect for anything CSU-related (Dropoff, Parents Weekend, Student Welfare Check, Grad, etc.). Only 2 blocks north of campus and thus not far from Old Town. Very homey and spacious. Recommended!

The place was a cozy apartment near CSU. Full kitchen, nice bedrooms. it was pretty quiet being near the college and Yum Yums restaurant is around the corner. She has completed Colorado puzzles on the walls where you can sign in while you are there-great touch to the place.

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

This AirBnB was everything we wanted and more. The location can't be beat, right across from CSU and over a lovely, quality, and friendly restaurant below. The vibe of whole building is happy and peaceful, even with the bustle of the restaurant below during the mornings. We felt safe and cozy - which was good, because we ended up having to leave our 13 yr old son there most of the weekend because he came down with a horrible bronchial infection, poor guy. But the couches and recliner chair were super comfy for him to hang out on, and the throw blankets! I actually took a pic of the tag on one bc I must have it. The beds were comfy, too, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally, we were able to walk to so many different places - the location is unmatched. We had a great stay, and would reserve this place again!

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We used this as a "home base" for exploring RMNP and surrounding area. Perfect to accommodate family of 5 with three adult children for a quick Mother's Day trip.

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.
