Absolutely phenomenal airBNB! The hosts so above & beyond in sooooo many ways! Coffee, creamer, snacks, firewood, hair ties, makeup remover wipes, the list goes on forever! Adorably remodeled & decorated! The back patio is literally PERFECTION!! So peaceful and quiet, but is an amazing central location to tons of different activities from Lexington, or an easy ride to Louisville! Perfect for a romantic getaway, or for a family as they have board games, foosball, Cornhole, streaming services, sports equipment, you name it! We will be bringing the kids back to explore more of KY! 🥰

Toni was a great host! She was responsive and her home is beautiful. Very dogs friendly! Toni was so nice to let us extend our stay an extra week while our home was being renovated. We would highly recommend staying here! Beds are super comfortable and hot tub was a huge plus. Thanks Toni!

We loved the Distillery House and would totally stay there again! Our friends stayed in the Bourbon House right behind us and it was a perfect set up. Great location and warm rustic decor with a modern touch. Beds were comfy as well as the kitchen and living room. The dogs loved the backyard and we were within walking distance to several great restaurants. Mark was a great host and put a lot of love and thought into both houses. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home. Loved all of the amenities - hot tub, sauna, and gym! There was an espresso machine in a photo which wasn't at the house, but that is a minor detail. We felt pampered and very much at home!

Great place for couples or small family. Location was great and centrally located. Host was responsive, helpful and friendly. Listing matched exactly to the home. Hope to make it back to Lexington one day and will definitely keep this one as a favorite!

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

Cozy house in a wooded cul-de-sac. Conveniently located in Lexington. House offered many amenities for my teenagers as we celebrated a Birthday. We all enjoyed the Game Room, Pool Table, Jacuzzi and beautiful backyard. Dining room table is a nice gathering spot for a family and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Thanks Harrison!

We loved this Victorian home full of character! The beds were comfortable as were the gathering room couches. (Yes a new loveseat not shown in the pictures). The back porch was perfect for relaxing any time of the day and we used the table out there for meals too. We sat in the back yard to stargaze. The kitchen was extremely well stocked!! It is just delightful when a host/hostess takes the “B and B” part of this traditionally - with some breakfast items available! SO nice! 😊 We had some trouble with the shared bathroom not draining but were able to get it resolved. Great communication with our hosts! We loved the location- one block off the main strip of shops and restaurants in Midway! And as stated 15 - 20 mins to at least 3 distilleries, more cute shops in Versailles and to Keenland. Only about 30 mins into Lexington. Just perfect!

Jenni’s house was the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy our family time in KY. Jenni should write a “How To” book for Airbnb hosts! Jenni started communication prior to our arrival which was not only helpful, but made me comfortable if/when I needed to reach out during our stay. Next, not only is this house perfectly decorated (looks exactly like the photos), but it is perfectly appointed as well! I have been to Airbnb’s that either have nothing or the absolute bare minimum with regard to things like, kitchen accessories…even utensils! NOT this house! We made three big dinners during our stay and we had EVERYTHING we needed to cook a full spread each time-there’s an air fryer, a crock pot, frying pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes, oven mitts (yes, I stayed in a house once that did not have oven mitts…and I didn’t even realize it until I needed to take something OUT of the oven). I could go on and on, and would, but I’m out of space. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

We were traveling for volleyball. Great location if playing at Central Bank Center. Literally around the corner from plenty of shopping. The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house itself was great. We particularly liked the cleanliness. Very usable kitchen. Big enough for our group of 5 to have breathing room. Jeff was so accommodating to even mail back a pair of shoes my teenager left behind. We will not hesitate to stay here the next time we are in Lexington!

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

This was such a great place! Easy check in and out. So many rooms/beds to choose from and quiet despite being on a main road into the community. The Walgreens and gas station almost right across the street was so convenient. Traveling with kids always means you’ll have to stop for something you forgot, and the proximity to Target was amazing! We were in town to visit friends that were about to move out of the area, and recommended Amy’s place if they ever needed to come back into town.

The house is very nice and clean. It is an old house that has charm to it and has been taken care of. Great location in that it is near downtown Frankfort and also only a mile or two from Buffalo Trace. Street parking was super easy - we found two spots right outside of the house.

I was looking for last minute accommodations for my sons surgery the following morning & half of the day was already gone. Kenyata responded to my inquiry rapidly and our plans were set. We didn't get a lot of time as the surgery was scheduled early, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and it felt like home. We enjoyed some friendly competition on the foosball table as well as the pool table , which relieved the stress and worry of the surgery. The home has plenty of space to spread out or rooms to gather as a family. I now have a go to when staying in Lexington. I will definitely be back! Thanks Kenyata for the excellent service.

Ross is an amazing host. Among the best! He is very kind, proactive, and responsive in communication. The house is set up beautifully for guests. It's hard to describe, but just little things everywhere--signs for guests so they know what around the house and what they can use, a chalkboard for a shower schedule, games, book, work out equipment. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. It was like everywhere we turned we were like "hey, look at that." It was really warm and fun place to stay. Thanks Ross! Your hospitality made for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time staying in this very nice home. It was spotless and very well stocked. The beds were comfy (which is very important!), and there were many spots to rest and relax. You can’t beat the closeness to campus, and there are great restaurants a short walk away. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

The house was really nice, great location. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock box.
