This Airbnb experience was wonderful! Although away from home, it felt as if we were right at home. Sophia was also very responsive and clear with instructions which was awesome! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Dallas.

Host was great! We were a large group and the house was nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is so nice! It’s beautiful, calm and quiet, and safe street parking. We had to bring noise inside which is a bummer since we did want to chit chat outside but Timothy was very kind letting us know we needed to bring noise indoors, which was not a big deal. Also, we requested an air mattress that was missing and he had it delivered the next morning! 100% RECOMMEND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay as home. If any minor issue he’s responsive and friendly. Fully equipped kitchen and bath and even pool area. We happened to eat out mostly yet we appreciate all the appliances as convenience. We just left the house and we know if we ever plan this way again this is our first choice. Thanks 😊

This as described listing proved as a wonderful oasis! Ana is an excellent host who communicated swiftly and effectively throughout the entire process. The beautiful guest/pool house has a separate entry that invited us into a cozy sitting area with a smart tv, a spacious dining room table and a well stocked and modern kitchen. Just like all of the appliances, the modern washer and dryer were very helpful. The two spacious bedrooms boast of two comfortable king sized beds and a shared 3/4 bathroom (where I meant to take pictures of the shower tiling because I loved it). Their backyard is ENORMOUS and has a gorgeous pool with plenty of sitting areas. The proud roosters and hens didn't seem to mind our presence and were a cool touch. I have saved this property as a fave and will prioritize booking here for my future Ft. Worth/Keller visits!

Host went above and beyond to help my family and I feel at home while we stayed here. Super responsive, full of helpful information, and the house is gorgeous and clean. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town next.

Perfect distance from Grandscapes. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Marissa was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this house to anyone.

The home was very clean and as described. The backyard was wonderful!My biggest pain point was the kitchen, but we made it work. We had planned to cook a few meals, but the kitchen is not stocked with a full pots and pans set and the kitchen sink is a bit of a struggle to get hot water to. It wasn’t a huge deal, but if you plan to cook, I’d suggest bringing your own cookware. I also wouldn’t suggest more than 8 people as there are only 4 beds and the alternative sleeping arrangements are a couch or floor mats. I brought a blow up bed for our last two folks to keep them comfy.

Had an amazing experience and will definitely be saving this place to visit again. The pool was perfect size, the table tennis was so much fun, and the space inside of the house was more than enough. We were able to cook meals without providing any of our own cookware or utensils, they had it all! To top it off, the hosts were extremely responsive and gave super clear instructions. Thank you for making our visit as comfortable as possible!

Stayed at Tim’s place while house hunting because I relocated. The home is very nice and Tim, Melinda, and Jen, was so helpful if one couldn’t be reach the others was there to assist in every way they could. I appreciate the courtesy.

Super satisfied, kid friendly and very clean. I appreciated the instant check in option. And the host was stayed in communication with me as we needed the temperature raised for the pool and hot tub. The little things like having toys for the kiddos to play with was just a relief since we had 3 kiddos. The location is very convenient for lots of local things to do.

Lovely home walking distance to light rail and a Starbucks. The home also includes very nice amenities such as the hot tub and outdoor area. One downside, the property is located in the flightpath of Love Field so you do get some airline noise. However, flights seem to be suspended during the evening and early morning hours. Despite the noise, I would stay here again.

Beautiful home! So happy I found this getaway for my family and I everyone had an amazing time in the pool/ hot tub. The house smells amazing inside! The first thing my dad said lol. I definitely recommend and will be coming back next time!

The house resembled something straight out of a fairytale, boasting an impressive high ceiling that gave the space an airy feel. The tall, ornate doors added an element of grandeur, inviting us to explore the enchanting interiors. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for family meals and gatherings, where we could all come together to enjoy our time. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious heated pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. During our short visit, my family and I made wonderful memories, largely thanks to William, who was a true delight to converse with. His captivating stories about the history of the house and its surroundings brought the place to life in a way that made our stay even more special. The setting itself was remarkably peaceful and offered a sense of privacy that was hard to come by. Surrounded by natural beauty, it felt like our own little haven away from the busyness of everyday life.

Had a great family Spring Break. Loved how close this property was to everything. Additionally, the property was very quiet which was great for our family.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. There was plenty to do and it was fantastic to come home and relax in the hot tub. It was an A+ stay for me.

Priyanka’s home was an outstanding example of what a quality B&B should be. From her communication level, cleanliness of her home and to the well prepared kitchen, I couldn’t find a fault. Add to that the extra effort in providing accommodations for young folks with entertaining gadgets and games as well as a playpen and high chair for infants. All well thought out and welcoming for all ages. No doubt that I’d seek accommodations here again next time in Dallas!!

My family and I loved the place. The house was a very good size of 6. What we loved the most, it was the neighborhood it was quiet and close to mostly a lot of nice places. If we would go again we difintly would love to stay at this place again.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! It's located 5-10 minutes from soooo many fun things in The Colony & Plano areas and 30-45 minutes from other major shopping areas, downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth, so it's a great location for a Dallas getaway. It was so nice for our family of 4 to have the additional space we wouldn't have had in a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to do so. The beds were SUPER COMFY!

We enjoyed our stay for the week while working in the area. The house is nice, clean, and up to date. The instructions were clear, so I didn’t have to reach out to Viviana for help with anything. Other than the neighbor mowing their yard at 10pm, the stay was quiet. I would stay there again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Extremely close to AT&T arena so we were able to avoid all the hectic traffic going to and leaving our event. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again for another event.
