Excellent stay with amazing hosts

Lorenzo is a super friendly host who did his best to make us feel at home. The house is very unique as well as the location. We love this part of Firenze!

This home was the perfect stay for our visit to Tuscany. Only 30 minutes away from Florence but felt like we were in our own little slice of heaven. The settings are incredible, beautiful views of the hills and farmlands with a authentically and tastefully decorated room to perfect the feel. The outdoors has a hot tub, seating area with canopy and shade along with a barbeque area and lights for an evening talk outside. Inside, the home is oozing charm and warmth - lots of unique decorations that give the place character and charm and plentyof space for a family of 4. Louis was very helpful, lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do and always available if you needed anything. Would love to visit again in future and if you are looking for a stay in Tuscany, look no further!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Sonia and her family are all so nice! We felt very comfortable in this very beautiful appartement. The view is amazing! We loved the toskany landside with good wine, oliveoil and beautiful nature. Thank you for everything!

We went on vacation in Daniela's place in 4 and we had a great time Quiet location but convenient for everything by car Perfect cleanliness and really nice and cozy home We found courtesy and helpfulness. Highly recommended

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

AnnaMirella is a friendly and responsive host, the attic is nice and cozy, with everything you need to spend a relaxing stay. For those who don't need to stay in the chaotic historic center but love to be in a quiet but well-connected area without paying the prices of the center, the islet is the right choice. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay!

This was a lovely apartment and perfect location for our visit to Florence. Everything was in walking distance, and there was a good small grocery store just up the block. The apartment is beautiful, with lovely ancient frescos on the ceiling and very comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen--we were able to shop for wonderful food at the Mercato and cook our own delicious meals. Our host was wonderfully helpful and warm, and our experience was simply perfect. I definitely will hope to stay here again the next time we can visit Florence.

Beautiful place. Quaint little strip of good restaurants a 5 min walk down the street. We did a day trip yo Greve, which was very nice.

We had a lovely stay at Claudios bed and breakfast! The garden and the house was very beautiful and the breakfast every morning was incredible.

It was so beautiful and I had a lovely time there. The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully put together and the room was super clean and beautifully furnished !

Italian hosting at its finest. We were only here for one night as part of our roadtrip and I’m sure it will be an unforgettable stop along our way. Very unique and very welcoming stay, felt right at home. Beautiful property in the Chianti valley. Teresa and Agostino went above and beyond, so grateful for their generosity!

Francesco was an excellent host, he was super responsive and gave us SUPERB recommendations for restaurants nearby and other activities to check out. His instructions for how to check in and out were super clear. There was a list of how to work the WiFi, AC, TV, lights, etc. We needed a room to crash after a day of traveling from the USA and this was the perfect spot to land, take a nap, crawl out to dinner somewhere Francesco recommended and then sleep for the night again. Its proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station was supremely convenient. 14 steps up to the room. Steps were slightly narrow but absolutely doable. There was some road noise during daytime hours (8:00-22:00) but nighttime was very quiet with earplugs and exhaustion. We had to wake up at 8:00 anyway so the noise worked for us! Bathroom was very clean, room was very clean and tidy. We had one small issue that didn’t require immediage attention with the AC and we let Francesco know, he was super responsive. 10/10!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay with Daniel and Daniela. They are extremely gracious hosts and we enjoyed multiple meals, including a dinner on their beautiful property. The space was private, clean and comfortable. A highlight of our trip!

The place wasn't easy to find. We arrived at night during strong rain. Our room was ready and warm when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. The farmhouse is beautiful especially in the morning when the rain stopped. Flowering tree everywhere. Sofie is a gracious and helpful host. Thank you, Sofie! Matteo and Serena are friendly people who are happy to be ready for you. The room (and bathroom) was affordable and very clean. It is recommended to eat with them at least once: very cozy and Matteo is a good cook. It is a quiet area, which has pros and cons. The distances are quite large, a car is necessary. If you want to discover the countryside of Tuscany, this is super suitable.
