New apartment in the center of Naples, a few steps from the central station, the well-connected subway, a few meters from the port for boats from the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, bus stops, supermarkets and the historic center. All accessible on foot. A few meters from the most renowned pizzerias in Naples, including "Michele's pizzeria", and in the heart of the historic city center, including Naples, located on the fourth floor without a lift with the convenience of a freight elevator for picking up luggage
“Enzo was great. He provided recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. He was very responsive. The apartment is on the top floor. The bedroom and bathroom are on one level and the kitchen and terrace are up one level. Be advised there are many stairs and the stairway is narrow. The apartment is in a typical Napoli neighborhood with laundry hanging from balconies, neighbors talking to each other from their balconies, and scooters running around. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a memorable experience.”
The apartment has been completely renovated by a renowned Neapolitan architect. It has two double bedrooms, each with a French bed,and another double bed in the living room. The kitchen has an island in the middle with a snackbar and a hob. The bathroom has an extra large shower . To access the apartment you have to climb some stairs. Metro (linea 1) stop : Università e/o Municipio
“I was amazed at the beauty of the apartment when I walked in...everything so sparkling clean and designed in a sleek, modern way. Stefania was there to greet me and gave me fantastic tips about where to eat and what to do...I went to one of her restaurant recommendations that night and had possibly the best pasta of my life! She was immediately available to answer any questions or concerns: the perfect host. The place is in an excellent location...you can walk to all of the major sights (via Toledo, Castel Nuovo, the seaside, the Archaeology Museum) but the neighborhood is not touristy at all. The street is tucked away and very local—and from the balcony you can watch all of the street life of Naples pass by! The apartment itself had everything I needed to cook meals, work, or sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and daydream about actually living here...which I hope to do someday. Thank you, Stefania, for sharing your beautiful home with me!”
Luisa's house is a studio of 30sqm in the historic center of Naples on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, hot air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, free WI-FI, hairdryer. A double bed plus a single sofa bed in the case of a third person, or a cot in the case of a child. Corner kitchen and snack corner, a small desk and a private bathroom with a large shower.
“I highly recommend Luisa’s place. She contacted us a couple days before arriving to confirm what time to expect us. Once we arrived, she was already there to give us a tour of her place. The space is very accurate to the pictures provided. Very cute and very clean. She also provided coffee, teas, pastries for breakfast and even a fresh, unopened container of milk for our stay. She even supplied a universal converter which was very thoughtful. Shower is great with enough hot water for a comfortable shower. Additionally, she sent us a text every morning to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed. The apartment is in a great location: about a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the famous (and very delicious) L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, and there’s a small super market at the end of the block (very convenient!). I’ve noticed others comment on the noise. The apartment is on the ground level and in the heart of Naples. Noise is expected but area is safe and by 9pm everything has pretty much quieted down so we had no issues sleeping. Highly recommend! If we come back to Naples, this is where we will stay.”
