You will also have the opportunity to get a stunning view of the Amalfi coast from the top of the mountain, the perfect place for a stroll a to take amazing pictures. Your journey will be enriched by unique facts about the area and its culture that only locals like us knows about. Next is Amalfi, whose history goes back to when it was one of the 4 Maritime Republics. With the sea as background, you will have a pleasant walk down the narrow alleys of the town and get a taste of local food. Last but not least, we will arrive in Positano, the “pearl” of the Coast, with its astonishing architecture and vivid colors. We will sail along one of the most romantic place in Italy: the Sorrentine peninsula. We will meet in Sorrento (Marina Piccola) and you will first get familiar with the boat and its equipment. We will pass the cape of Sorrento, also known as Queen Giovanna's Baths, and we will catch sight of Capri island. Direction West, we will see cape Campanella and we will do navigation around Capri island . We will sail around the island, admiring all the major attractions along the coast, exploring all the caves, including the Blue Grotto(entry ticket is 14 euro). You will enjoy the blue sea of Capri, swimming and snorkeling in the most crystalline waters of the world. While sailing, you can sunbathe and relax, with the beauty of Capri before your eyes. At the end of the tour we will offer you a taste of local "limoncello". Other things to note If you like we can stop for lunch at one of the seaside restaurant of Capri.During the trip the boat should host until five guests. Our company offer an experience that look cheaper with others motor boats or sailing boats but usually they host more people or have shorter time sailing around

The workshop is held in the school of the Verace Neapolitan Pizza Association and involves the preparation of pizza with the help of an instructor of the Association that will lead the participants on this interactive journey. We will leave the civil garments to become pizza chefs with a personalized apron designed for the occasion, we will talk about the "ideal" products, we will prepare the dough by hands to be able to understand the right consistency, will roll the dough on the counter of pizzaiolo and, after having covered it with tomato, Campana buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil, the participants will be ready to bake it according to tradition in the old wood-fired pizza oven. Finally, everyone will eat the result of their work, pizza a portafglio (folded in four).For the last hour you will enjoy a moment of conviviality as the Neapolitans love, at the table in front of traditional Neapolitan pizzas signed by our instructors. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Finally, we'll be making Tiramisù. A traditional italian dessert following the family recipes. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade pasta accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine. This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Our experience will take place aboard a beautiful sailboat off the Amalfi coast on the fabled Mare Azzurro, where we will be exploring many beautiful beaches and places that you can only access from the sea. Feel the warm sun on your face and the wind in your hair. You can go for a swim or just enjoy all the beauty that will be surrounding you on board! We could also take a pause in one of the exclusive beach restaurant in Amalfi reachable only by boat. Other things to note: Ask if you need a different schedule or a different trip, I could arrange a customized experience just for you. I can also help with your transportation to our dock or pick up at another place along the coast. Great for groups, great for teams, great for team-building!!!

We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. Ravioli caprese 2. Meatballs in tomato sauce OR Fish with citrus fruits At the end of every lesson the guest will enjoy the meal they have prepared in my lovely terrace vith full sea view on the isle of Capri.

We will meet at the entrance of the Salerno Maritime Station at Molo Manfredi. You can come on foot or bus/taxi or your car. Here we will embark and after a safety briefing, we will leave the port and start sailing (if there is wind) to Amalfi (3 hours sailing). You can see from the sea the beautiful Amalfi Coast, where you can dive into the beautiful waters of the Coast, have lunch in the Dead Horse Bay and visit enchanting coves accessible only from the sea; you can snorkel or enjoy the sun and the view in absolute tranquility. If you'd like, I can take mini sailing classes and actively participate in the boat maneuvering and boating. By 8pm we will return to the sailing port in Salerno and you can admire the famous Amalfi Coast sunset The itinerary and return time are flexible, I will do my best to accommodate weather conditions and sailing times. Please note that mine is a sailboat, it is not fast, run slowly. My proposal is not a boat rental with a skipper or a commercial tour, but an experience to live with friends. Starting from Marina Piccola (Sorrento Port) 9 am i will birng you to the discover the marvels of the Amalfi along the peninsula’s coast line from Punta Campanella Lighthouse to the Amalfi Cathedral. Our first sto will be in the protect area called Le Mortelle , there, we will enjoy a refreshing aperitif on board. We will then sail to Amalfi and stop at Li Galli's islands where we will stop for a swim, providing you with snorkelling equipment. Arrived in Amalfi around 11:30 pm where you’ll have 1 hour and half of free time ashore for a visit of the stunning town and the famous Duomo. On your boarding i will offer you lunch, a special caprese sandwich (mozzarella and tomato ) Then after we'll sail along the spectacular Amalfi Coast , admiring the lovely bay of Praiano , Furore Fiord and a swim stop in the clear waters of Conca dei Marini visiting the Famous Emerald Grotto . My hometown of Positano was famous for tarantella and tammorra, traditional local dance. l want let you experience the local tradition combineted with tour around our magnificent coast. We give you a traditional tambourine and red napkin to start our tour with traditional local music of tarantella. We stop in Arienzo, where we tell about the history of this place. Following comes Praiano and you can swim into "Pirate grotto". We follow the coast til Furore playing and singing with tambourine "La Dolce Vita" like Sofia Loren in her film. We reach Conca Dei Marini, Santa croce beach we stop to swim in the cristalline water and you can see the elefant kissing rock. - Departure at 10am from the Amalfi dock - Once in navigation, the tour includes: 1) Visit below the coast towards Maiori and admire the towns of Amalfi, Atrani, Castiglione di Ravello, Ravello, Minori and Maiori, where you will visit the Pandora Cave. 2) Once the visit of the cave is finished, we will proceed towards Positano where you’ll admire the Natural Arch in Conca dei Marini, the Villa of Sophia Loren, the Hotel Saraceno, the bay of Conca dei Marini, the villa of Jacqueline Kennedy, the villa of the Agnelli family, and the villa of Moet Chandon up to the Capo di Conca. During this first part of the tour, you will be served fresh drinks. 3) The navigation will proceed in the direction of the Fiordo di Furore, Praiano, to then reach Positano where the landing is scheduled to visit this wonderful city. 4) Once the visit to Positano is over, we will proceed towards the Li Galli Island. The Tour includes, on request, the possibility of being able to enjoy local dishes at various restaurants in Nerano, Conca dei Marini or eating on board, all accompanied by stops to allow customers to enjoy our wonderful sea. The return is scheduled around 5PM-

You will never see the Amalfi Coast like this! You will discover the Amalfi Coast’s hidden delights and breathtaking views from a typical Amalfitan Gozzo boat, thanks to the comprehensive experience and knowledge of local captains and in a very small group (max 10 participants)! The route to Positano and back will take us along Amalfi’s finest beaches as well as close to natural rock arches and into sea caves, giving us the opportunity to admire the old watch towers that dot the entire length of this coast. We will pause at beaches reachable only by sea and have time to go snorkeling or swimming in crystal-clear waters and into grottos (snorkeling equipment provided by us). I'll meet you at Marina Piccola in Sorrento to begin an amazing journey discovering the island of love, sailing the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea through its history, culture and legend. The ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the 1st century BC, the natural waterfall used since Roman times, will be the scenery of our trip along the Sorrento peninsula. Then, we will head towards the island of Capri, sailing along the strait that two thousand years ago was the scene of bloody battles. Once in Capri, we will pass by the imposing Faraglioni rocks, admire the villa of Curzio Malaparte, visit the suggestive colored grottoes of Capri: - Blue Grotto - White Grotto - Green Grotto - Marvellous Grotto and we reach the northern part of the island to observe the lighthouse of Punta Carena, one of the oldest in Italy. Three hours of free time on the Island to visit the city center. Included: - Soft drinks - Water - Beer - Seasonal fruit - Snorkeling equipment. Return to Sorrento at around 4:00 pm.
