Beautiful view. The property is gorgeous with horses, vineyard and olive trees. To walk to the busstop to go into Florence is a little bit of a hike

One of the best we’ve stayed at. Alessio was wonderful. He even helped bring our luggage up. Breakfast was daily…unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of. Daily turn over of rooms….it was truly luxurious stay. The location was central to everything.

Francesca was very flexible and hospitable during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and that our children were accommodated. She made herself available for us the entire stay, but because of her good description, recommendations, and we'll maintain place it was rarely needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and we'll located. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Old-Town Florence!

Great location - Appartment is 5 minute walk to T2 train. Nicely furnished with large kitchen table. Comfy sofa bed for 2 adults.

Great location for travelers arriving in Florence by train

We had a pleasant stay in the heart of nature. The environment is soothing. The outside is amazing with the natural pool. The interior is true to the photo however with a particular lingering smell of wet wood. Small downside, the hot tubs are not accessible freely, you have to ask at the reception. After 7:15 pm, there is no longer an option to go.

the apartment booked had some problems before our check-in, we were relocated before check-in with clear instructions so we cannot evaluate the apartment Clear and responsive communication from the beginning, excellent relocated apartment and great for 5 more people, full kitchen and close to several restaurants, markets and sights, it is possible to do everything on foot.

Really a good place everything thought through including luggage storage and showers that you can use after check out. A bit noisy street but nothing out of normal.

Super convenient accommodation that enabled us (my father, sister, and I) to experience Florence. + Smooth and flexible check in and check out. + Clean and well-equipped place. + Location was great with lots of places to eat and artsy stores to look at and shop in. - The building is old and beautiful as the photos show, so don’t expect it to be soundproof. We didn’t hear the apartment next door so much, but one night the neighborhood dogs barked loudly and we all had trouble sleeping (despite earplugs). The next night was fine so maybe bad luck but good to be aware of. - We had some issues with the shower upstairs (to get the water flowing you need to pull out a metal piece, which was unstable / broken), but the shower downstairs worked perfectly. Thanks for the stay, we would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here two nights with my husband and 10 year old daughter, just what we were looking for. Great location just off a lively little piazza with amazing gelato, super clean and well appointed (seems to have been recently updated), and responsive hosts. Definitely will stay here again on our next visit!

Having arrived early in the morning from Rome, we were allowed to store our luggage and met our host, Saiful, for a comprehensive introduction to the property. He was friendly, helpful, always available and talked us through all the amenities at the apartment. The apartment itself was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer. The location was perfect, with a leather market downstairs, and a very short walk to the beautiful cathedral in Florence. There were supermarkets in close proximity as well as some great restaurants. We had a very memorable stay in Florence, and the apartment was an absolute bonus! At checkout, we dropped our rubbish in the nearby bins and walked to the train station with our luggage to catch our train to Venice!
